Stopped in to watch the Texans vs Chiefs game. The place was packed, but since I was alone I chose to sit at the bar, which had one open chair directly next to the cash register. I was immediately waited on and handed the waitress a $20 (because I don't consume alcohol and would be in that seat for at least three hours) and told her I would be here for a while. She brought me my water and gave me a menu. After that, it was like I was invisible. After 45 minutes I finally had to speak out that I was ready to order. Not once did I get an offer to refill my water. I had to ask another waiter to do so. Very disappointed in the service.

Before we got seated, we were waiting at the front with no one at the front seating people. When someone would go up to the front, they never asked if we had been helped.

We sat down, got our order taken. Our food took at least 50 minutes to come out. (It was just my husband and I and we ordered burgers and fries) waitress did not come and check up on us for refills, I was out of my drink for awhile.

Food finally came out, I was missing my bacon and cheese from my fries. Bacon that I asked for on my burger was also missing. Waitress was nowhere to be found (as she did not bring out our food) finally minutes later she came asked if everything looked good and I told her what we were missing. By the time it came out I was done with my fries and my burger did not taste good (so I didn’t eat it). Super disappointed. fries were okay, stale and cold (but still ate them because I was hungry)

Wings were cold and usually always are, also why do I need an account if it's supposed to be a bogo day? I had my account pulled up and got told by the waitress and supervisor that they couldn't find my account even though I was showing my account and had to use someone else's account.

The service is always subpar as they come usually once after they given you the food and don't come back until it's time to pay up.

Went with 5 people for my birthday. The service started slow but was ok. Everyone got their food but me. All I ordered was a salad. They said it was on the way. Literally 40 minutes later everyone had finished their food and still no salad. The waiter brought the ticket and said they were still working on my salad. It's literally a handful of lettuce. Not sure what they were working on. An hour after we ordered I get my salad. When I opened the bag there was no dressing. Asked the waiter. Took another 5 minutes and he brought it. We asked for a manager and we told them what happened. The response I got was, " the dressing should be in the bag with the salad." Well it wasn't. The situation of the hour long wait for some lettuce wasn't addressed. Will not be back. So disappointing. Especially for a birthday.

Last night were out to dinner with a larger party (about 20-25 people) and instead of sitting us all at one table, they chose to sit us in the bar area where we were all spread apart. It wasn’t a problem for us, but apparently it was a problem for the servers. Instead of talking to both servers about the issue, the manager chose to stand right next to our table and lecture one of the servers about how she needs to serve her section and not the other girls section. To me, this issue should have been solved elsewhere rather than next to our table. The manager was very unprofessional and rude to the servers as we had received some of the best service from our server. Management needs to do better and I would not wish that anyone be treated like he treated those girls.

Do NOT eat here! We ordered in advance so that our food would be ready by the time we arrived in town. They never received our order, but they did charge us. Nobody was attentive. Waited 40 mins for our food!!!!! Manager on duty was sitting doing nothing. Apparently later, our order did go through from what she said. Regardless, even based on the pick up time, we would of still waited 20 mins!!! THIS IS THE SALAD THEY GAVE MU DAUGHTER!!!! Could have made my daughter sick!!!! Would give 0 stars if possible.

The new menu is great - LOVE BOGO burgers on Monday and Wednesday. Service was great, beers were cold, and the burgers incredible. We had the pretzel bites, which were 10/10. The only thing that was disappointing were the fries. The coating makes them oily and over-seasoned.

The host literally needs a different job . Refused to seat us at a table because of needing to clean them off and insisted our only option was at the bar with kids. Failed to inform the overworked waitress that we were there ... sat for 20 min waiting for anyone to acknowledge we were even there .

3 tables were available and just needed to be cleaned off.
