It brings tears to my eyes to know that my husband has been in prison for 30 years. He was sentenced to 25 to life. Now that it is time for him to go back to court, I have been reading the reviews from this court and am afraid that things will not go well. If a judge can get on here and speak the truth about this court, it is very discouraging for me and my husband. I have already shovelled out 7,000 dollars to a lawyer with a promise to help my husband with resentencing and did not recieve help AT all. Now he has been assigned to a new attorney and the attorney is asking him to drop his appeal... So basically no help at all... I have lost all faith in the judicial system. The minorities are being taken advantage of, and even if you have the money, when a person has served their time they have served their time. I have no faith in the legal system at all, and those that know about it are just as guilty.

judge jean soeun won #247344 great job for taking on a case then laughing in the defendants face and then making a judgment against a homeless individual where they’re expected to pay $8,000 while living on the street.
A disgusting disgrace of a human and a judge. great job
