The selection is good for buying but some of clothes are dirty and worn. I am a bit confused on the selling aspect. I recently lost weight and had quite a few items new with tags on bought in the last year that were name brands like Calvin Klein, Banana republic, etc. and in season. All were passed on but they bought in two older Old Navy items. Makes 0 sense. Not worth the 24 hour wait and two trips to the store to sell the items. more of a hassle than anything.

The clothes are very overpriced and if you try to sell, even brand new name brand items with tags on them they offer very little or don't want the items at all. They're looking for very specific items. Waste of time.

I love to get clothes from here. I got a lightweight sweater once for $20 that was originally $140. However, I don't like how anything you get is going to be $15-$30. When I was introduced to thrifting by my mom, you used to be able to buy thrifted clothes for less than that.

Wish I had read reviews before wasting time here. They turn down very nice, name brand items with tags still on them, which they had the nerve to call "well loved." Girl, the tags are still on. Waste of time.

This place will either turn away good items or offer you pennies on the dollar for it. For example, I took in a genuine leather Dooney & Bourke purse and it originally costs 350.00. It was in great shape and hadn’t been carried many times and was put away by me, so that’s why I decided to sell it. However, I was only offered something like 7 or 8 dollars for it. The girl said they get their prices from Poshmark SMH!! I was in disbelief that this was all they were offering me so I turned it down, took my stuff and left. I will never fool with this ridiculous place again. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE TO SELL YOUR THINGS BECAUSE YOU ARE BETTER OFF JUST KEEPING IT OR DONATING IT TO THE NEEDY RATHER THAN TAKE A DOLLAR OR TWO FROM THEM AND THEY CAN TURN AROUND AND SELL IT FOR WAY MORE AND MAKE A PROFIT. NO WAY!!!!

I sold some purses and wallets to this store and they gave me a very fair price for my items. I was pleased with that. In addition, the manager and staff were super friendly and it convinced me to always sell to the Dublin store . Thank you so much for the wonderful service.,?

Terrible experience. I had been excited to check out this location, but the older woman working the counter was incredibly rude and dismissive. Even the other person working looked embarrassed and apologized on her behalf. Took clothes to sell and planned to look around a bit. But after her extreme rudeness out of no where, I decided to leave. Will not be going back as there are much better clothes mentors in Columbus with a larger selection and much more professional/ put together staff.

This is one of my favorite Clothes Mentor locations... for buying AND selling! They don't buy everything, but they are fair & kind. (Kindness goes a long way in this business!) The store is big, bright, & well organized. Their prices aren't cheap, exactly, but I don't mind paying a little extra for the quality secondhand items + positive experience. I drive nearly an hour to shop here.
