Ladies, these prices are laughable! Way overpriced. A lot of your pieces are from the outlets, and you are charging retail. Chanel also has several sales a year on shoes, jewelry and accessories. So again, overcharging. Department stores also have sales several times a year. I’m sure your rent is high but don’t put that on your customers. People shop at consignment stores for a “good deal” nothing about your prices are good.

I thought I would check this place out and see if they had anything for men. I walked up to the door and one girl was on the opposite side of the door on the laptop. After looking in the window for a minute I was buzzed in. The girl closest to the door did not even bother to look up or greet me and instead I was greeted by another lady towards the back of the store who I didn’t even see behind the counter. Rude. I then asked if they had any men’s items and the lady came out from behind the counter. She said, no not really. I said, not even jewelry or accessories? I guess she realized she going to have to work so she then showed me the few men’s items in the case they did have. She then let me know one of the belts I was looking at was just sold on their Instagram. I was simply put off by the whole experience. Not because of them not having much for men. But the customer service was meh. When I was leaving another customer came in and was greeted right away by both girls. Seemed to be a regular customer as they knew her by name. As business owner myself you should treat EVERY customer great and with respect. Don’t know if I’ll be back after this.

Consign of The Times is a gem of a store with an incredibly helpful staff. Carin, the owner, is such a lovely lady with a knack for sourcing the best luxury products in excellent condition and with 20 years of experience behind her belt, she knows her stuff! The live shopping shows are such a treat because every item is so good and the prices are very competitive. Authenticity is guaranteed and the quality is superb. The store front is tiny but mighty because they have incredible pieces including, shoes, jewelry, accessories and ready to wear. I am definitely a fan and always look forward to coming in or tuning in!

This staff and store are amazing!!! I only come to them for the best vintage (and not so vintage) Chanel. They are truly a first class store. Don't go anywhere else. Carin has the best price and gets the best merch. Also if you can catch her on a live it is definitely worth the time. She is funny and sweet all rolled into one!!!!!

The worst consignment store in Miami. I will never be consigning my items here EVER again.

For background information, I bought my Chanel bag from the Chanel store last year and came to this location to consign it, as i’ve consigned with them once before. They messaged me a few days after my drop off to explain that my bag is not real… I was stunned, as i purchased it from the actual Chanel store in 2021. In the end, they told me to get the authentication from elsewhere and they would be able to take it in.

So a few days later i brought in my Chanel receipt and my valuation from The Real Real (proving my authentication further) and they didn't even acknowledge either and returned my bag to me without hearing anything i had to say. I was stunned as they didn’t even want to have a conversation about it, they even cut me off every time i tried to converse.

Whoever is authenticating these bags at this store should be put to shame. The poor level of customer service i received from this store was outrageous.

Where do I start? Firstly, woman owned, women- run business. Also, a small (but mighty), local business. The ladies at consign of the times are amazing, knowledgeable, fair negotiators, and always have THE BEST luxury items. They don’t price gouge like other resale stores/ websites. I love to work with Mel, Jennie, Carin (boss lady), and Katherine. They will get you top dollar for your consigned items and also provide you with valuable information when buying from them! I love shopping local, and, they are by far, some of the best experts in the luxury resale industry. 5 stars !!!
