I cannot say enough wonderful things about my recent experience at this dealership! I arrived late on a Saturday to test drive a beautiful Volkswagen Arteon and met with Rich Medla who was absolutely wonderful! He was no nonsense and not pushy at all! He had the answers to all of the questions my husband and I had without hesitation and got us into the vehicle Monday afternoon! Quinn was my sale guy went in to see a car on a Thursday straight to the point professional answered all my questions could have drove the car home same day but had issues with registration with DMV got that cleared over the weekends picked up my car on Monday morning finance guy answered all my questions and was very professional. I purchased a gorgeous 22 R/T Durango from here! Ismail was the salesperson on let me say this how phenomenal! He was punctual, in depth, courteous and respectful the entire buying process. I drove over 2 hours from Massachusetts and had two trade ins to put towards my purchase. Ismail made the process so simple. Even getting everything squared away with my insurance a few days early so I could pretty much come in sign papers and drive off. He took the extra time to ensure a quick and simple buying process because I traveled so far! Also Courtney the finance manager was amazing as well! Did everything she could to get me the best price and work everything out with the banks with my trades. I appreciate the two of you Ismael and Courtney! My experience at Danbury Pre-Owned Center was completely disastrous. From the moment I stepped in, the salesperson, Sean & Chris Manager, was dismissive and clearly not interested in helping me that suited my needs. They made several false promises about the vehicle's condition and price, and when I tried to raise concerns, I was brushed off. After signing the paperwork, driving home the vehicle shaking and quickly discovered major mechanical issues with the car that were not disclosed, and despite repeated attempts to contact the dealership, they refused to address the problems. I strongly advise anyone considering buying a car from Danbury Pre-Owned Center to look elsewhere.
