They don't appear to be enforcing any of the CC&Rs. Just look around. The neighborhood is getting worse by the minute.

The office staff was friendly but unable to find my paperwork. They were quick to threaten legal action when our contractor forgot to file for a permit and pay the $1,000 bond, then they lost our records and said we never filed the application and bond. We did finally get our money back but the POA is far from helpful and friendly.

The 2022 board has done a lot for the Sect 23 POA community. New website, drainage projects, architectural improvements, mowing improvements. Deed Restrictions review and improvement. Better communication to the residents, etc. They are working hard to make very positive changes!

Absolutely horrendous management. Will trespass to try and find a violation. There’s a reason there are so many homes for sale and so many rentals. I am breaking my lease.

After 21 weeks of asking for the tree branches along the lake (Barnes) to be removed they are still. Nice work HOA.

This Association is a PURE SCAM....YOU TUBE SECTION 20 AND LOOK UP THEM ALONG WITH SECTION 23 HOW THEY ARE SCAMMING ALL THE HOMEOWNERS..they are all on the payroll I think their is just 4 or 5 of them.....the payroll for themselves....with no rights to have questions answered at any time....all of them are in the $$ they make a bunch of $$ over $100,000 a year.....the association never has anything going on in Deep Creek except taking care of the grounds that is it, never anything for retirees, children, families, etc...SO BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY...AND THEY WILL HARRASS YOU FOR ANY REASON...DON'T EVER THINK OF HAVING A BOAT...AND DOGS AND PISS AND CRAP ANYWHERE AS THEIR IS NO POOP LAW IN DEEP CREEK OR THE COUNTY......RUN PEOPLE...(Hope this helps before disaster)

Any time elections are interrupted or many people show up they call the police on the residents....WHAT A SCAM....RUN HOME SHOPPERS....
