This was my second time visiting this location. The staff was so friendly and the store was nice and organized in the clothing portion. I liked how the store was decorated. Each row of clothing had a display curated in the center of figurines, pottery and other home goods.
The back part of the store is the furniture, dishes, household items, crafts, books, etc... it was like a treasure hunt but, some area were disorganized probably due to customers picking through. There were purses and bags on the floor in one isle, metal wall hangings spilling on the floor in another. All and all, everything was organized well.
My daughter and I left with some good finds. We found 4 purses/handbags, craft tin with vintage sewing supplies, silk blouse, 2 pairs of leggings (one new), faux fur jacket, and 2 necklaces. We spent $133.

I was searching for a Brian Birdsall print of the Anchorage Alaska 4th Ave. Theater. Anchorage is my hometown. I was very saddened when they demolished the theater. I was very worried that I would not be able to find any prints or if I did find one it would be priced out of my range. Imagine my surprise when the only one I could find was at Evergreen Goodwill, and it was an artist proof, signed and numbered print!
I had no idea that you could shop online with Goodwill. I I have donated to Goodwill for years, but I thought that you had to go into stores in order to buy items. I now live in the southeastern part of the United States, so I was quite concerned what the condition of the print would be once it was shipped. Well…upon arrival I discovered a very well packaged print. Not a scratch and the glass was intact! So whoever packed it at Evergreen Goodwill - my sincere thank you! This print was a spectacular find and I am so happy!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They shipped me an incomplete order, nd refuse to make it right. Dishonest scammers. Run away.

Went in to buy some plant pots. The lady wanted to charge me two dollars for the plastic nursing pot that went inside them separate from the $10 I was already paying for the pot, on a different visit witnessed someone else arguing with an older man who was trying to buy some spoons and they were telling him “no these look like they’re worth more than 4.99 we cannot sell them for 4.99.” I was thinking my goodness! you got them for free who cares let them and have them for 4.99 or even cheaper! I am so done giving this company business.

The price is so high it’s used stuff and they get it. Free customer service is really garbage when you ask him questions they even not let you to talk if you ask them to lower the price because the stuff is damaged or is not working good they argument with you it is working good, after I get My Son a bike it’s a broken and I asked them and they told me it’s fine after I have to bring it back to them. We should all stop buying from Support because you should be as far Law income Family but the people which have hard time to get enough money to support their families And purchasing stuff they asking you for a weird question do you want? Donate to get a training? Of course? I will do not and when you call the customer for a manager they even don’t let you talk. They just talk and talk and talking. I just was telling her to stop talking, let me tell you something, we need to stop shopping and support from them because their prices is not make sense for people in need .

I am here visiting family. I shop at Goodwill a lot, with that being said, I have never been to a Goodwill that was as expensive as these in the area. I realize the living expenses are higher here, however Goodwill receives everything in the store for free then turns around and charges the same as Walmart or Target. When you have families barely getting by, children to clothe before school starts, how are they supposed to do this with these ridiculous prices!?! LOWER YOUR PRICES GOODWILL! Support the working class people trying to raise a family.

Like a goodwill bins but with shelves and the prices of goodwill boutique. I sat for 20 minutes waiting for a cart. I wish I had walked around the store instead and realized it's junk stacked 6' high.
They should train to price better next door. You can tell nobody wants to work or shop here. Here's a 13$ pair of shorts in the racks. Avoid this place and save your time
