Had this review been about previous experiences, this would have been higher, but now I've been on the buying and selling side. On the buying side they are nice, but on the selling side, a lot was left to be desired. I brought I a few things, including a working Fluke multimeter. He gave a low ball offer on the other items, which I was ready to take as there was nothing special there, but asked about the Fluke. He took another look and said $15, it didn't have the leads. The man said if I got the leads, it would be $30. I made sure to ask, so I get leads, it will be $40 out the door, he said yes. I went out and got some leads and came back. He started adding things up and said now the price was $35, and I asked him to honor the original deal, he said I wanted the originals. When I said he never specified, he said he shouldn't have to specify, and he doesn't have to justify himself. I asked again to honor the original price he gave, the entire price started dropping. So I'm supposed to know exactly what you're talking about when you don't specify, and when I get it wrong I'm punished. Very disappointed.

I took my laptop to 3 different Pawn shops and Mister Money gave me the most money by FAR. They were very friendly and the entire transaction only took ten minutes. Others May have had a different experience with them, but all I can say is mine was great. Thank you!!!

PS - Google says they’re open until 7pm, but right now they close at 6pm so call to confirm their hours before you go.

Guy who helped us get our items back out of the shop was really helpful and kind. However, his boss kept making rude, snarky comments insinuating that we weren't intelligent enough to understand the process. He had a generally poor attitude as well. Very rude. When we come in to a place like this, it's because my family was having a hard time, and the last thing we needed when we finally picked up our items, was judgment and ignorance.

As I stepped into First Cash Pawn, my eyes immediately locked onto the display case housing a majestic lightsaber. It was a thing of beauty, calling out to me with its hum of power and promise of adventure. Determined to make it mine, I approached the counter with a mix of excitement and anticipation.The clerk, a stern-faced man who seemed more droid than human, fetched the lightsaber from its display and set it on the counter before me. But before I could even reach out to touch it, he sternly declared, "Sorry, no touching until purchase."My heart sank faster than the Millennium Falcon making the Kessel Run. How could I commit to buying such a legendary weapon without feeling its weight in my hand, without sensing the Force flowing through its hilt? I pleaded with the clerk, explaining that this was no ordinary purchase—it was my destiny.But he remained as unmoved as a statue on Coruscant. "My policy," he repeated, his monotone voice devoid of compassion. Defeated, I left the store, the dream of becoming a Jedi Knight fading like stars in the morning sky.As I walked away, I couldn't help but feel betrayed by First Cash Pawn's lack of understanding. In a galaxy where heroes are forged through trials and tribulations, their rigid policy seemed more suited to the dark side than the light. I'll find my lightsaber elsewhere, where the Force flows more freely and customer service isn't bound by the chains of bureaucracy.

I called to ask a question and the guy hung up on me, went in and the same guy was rude I ended up leaving without anything because I am not giving my money to a business that doesn’t respects their costumers. Also they don’t care if the machine you are buying works good they just care if it turns on and off. Don’t buy from here.

Word of advice. DO NOT attempt to do business with this establishment. Every employee including the managers all have very grimey business practices. They will offer you the most insulting lowest number imaginable when attempting to sell/pawn your items, they literally offer roughly 10% to 15% of your items used value. Not only that but they will flat out lie to your face claiming your item has sold listings on eBay for a ridiculous low amount when if you look there will not be a single listing for the amount they claimed they’re going off of. I’ve had this happen to me 2 separate times now. Almost the exact same scamming techniques both times. I get a business has to make a profit. But what they do here isn’t making a profit. It’s just plain unethical robbery attempting to take advantage of people who have fallen on hard times. Trust me don’t waste your time with this place. I will GUARANTEE that you will not be treated fairly or receive a fair offer for your items. Not only that but the staff here is by far the least knowledgeable group of people I’ve ever encountered at a pawn shop. Literally clueless on 90% of the things people bring in. Horrible pawn shop
