Had one of the best experiences buying shoes today ever! I was recommended this place by my physical therapist and I can see why. The personalized friendly care I was given was phenomenal. I was greeted immediately upon enter to the store and was asked what my needs were so I proceeded to explain my situation and then the very friendly and helpful lady then scanned my feet and explained the results, then let me try on different shoes based on my scan results and what I needed the shoes for. Very thorough process. I did not once feel rushed at all even though I was undecided at one point. I did end up purchasing a pair of sneakers and couldn't be happier. That you Fleet Feet!

I was recovering from a broken ankle and trying to find shoes that would give me more stability. My daughter recommended Fleet Feet because they helped her. The associate was knowledgeable and very friendly. In the process of scanning my feet, diagnosing issues, and finding a proper fit I discovered that other problems I've had for a long time, fallen arches and balance issues, were solved. I didn't want to take my shoes off. Highly recommended.

My experience was incredible. Tanya was very helpful, knowledgeable, and intuitive. Having my feet scanned and having Tanya help me find the right fit was life changing for me. I have bad knees and have broken both ankles in the last. My feet and ankles hurt all the time. I love to be outdoors and have two young children. I went in and met Tanya, she scanned my feet and within minutes was able to address my concerns and find me a shoe that felt like a hug! I was able to do the next 2 days at Hershey with my kiddos with little to no pain in my knees and experienced no extreme swelling in my ankles. The sneakers made me stand and walk properly, which felt very nice. The insoles were the secret sauce to the entire experience. I do not regret going in to Fleet Feet. My only regret is not going sooner! Thank you. I have already recommended Fleet Feet to a friend who walks all day for their job. Thank you for taking the time and really listening to my needs.

I had a wonderful experience at Fleet Feet! The staff was very thorough and committed to meeting my needs. As someone who has never gotten fitted or has even worn any of the shoes that were provided, it was personally a great first experience. Absolutely love the shoes that I got!

I really recommend this location for the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went about three weeks ago and Jeff was very patient as I deliberated over which shoes to buy. I like that they can measure and analyze your feet and make recommendations for shoes that will be best for you. I’ve been in a couple times since with an exchange and a couple of questions and each time Jeff was there and happy to help. It’s refreshing in this day and age to get some personal service. Highly recommend and will plan on shopping there in the future.

Wonderful experience! Sales person Reagan was very pleasant and helpful in offering suggestions for shoe styles and sizes. We bought 2 pair! Also, the foot scan was very informative. A nice and clean store, too!

Staff was so helpful. We came in fifteen minutes prior to closing on sunday, and they still took their time, answered all my questions, and made sure I had the right shoe. I'll be honest.I was nervous to go in there because i'm not a runner, and I am not in the best shape. I thought I would be judged. Couldn't have been further from the truth. They treated me the same as they treated any other customer. They even took the time to scan and measure my daughter's feet, even though she wasn't buying shoes. Prices are the same as you find online. There is no reason not to go in and make sure you have the right shoe.
