The store is very complete offering a diverse variety of athletic products of different qualities and prices. I went there for shoes only. I was helped immediately as I walked in and had a very good experience overall during my first visit to Fleet Feet. I was greeted nicely but mostly the girl helping me was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions one by one. I would grade her and the store 10/10 🙂 after my feet test she offered several options and brought all kinds of perfect shoes for my needs-I had a hard time deciding - but she gave me advise throughout and went above and beyond serving me and bringing the best options. I love this kind of service: priceless. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

I was immediately greeted by a sales associate. I’ve never had my feet scanned and measure before to be properly fitted for a shoe. They provided many options and ultimately found the perfect running shoe. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for another pair of running shoes. If I could give this 10 stars, I would.

Phenomenal experience and through the great help provided there I now have the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever had! I am able to walk my dog without pain and exercise as well. The foot scanning and thoughtful measure put into selecting the best shoes to try on was more than I expected. I will absolutely return! Thank you!

I had never had an experience quite like this when purchasing a shoe. From the time I walked in up until I decided on my shoe was pretty amazing. Mike, who was the gentleman who took care of me was super knowledgeable and showed much care doing his job and all this while training a new employee. I love the Saucony’s and can’t wait to get moving in them. Again, what an amazing experience overall.?

I needed a new pair of shoes for a European vacation this summer. I worked with Chris, who is very knowledgeable (and patient). He took his time and found me the perfect shoe, explaining things along the way. They have a decent selection of shoes and running gear.
Great experience, but keep in mind that if you go on a weekend, be prepared to wait over an hour to see a sales associate and the store can get somewhat crowded.

Stopped in store with hopes of receiving custom recommendations based on their foot scan. Sara(h) worked with me to understand my specific concerns and needs guiding me through a few different shoes. It was great how she listened to my initial responses repeating back to me "you said these felt..." That level of active listening helped me make my purchase!

Literally writing this review in my car because I am so happy with my experience! Malcolm was so great and extremely personable. I’m a nurse, so the shoes I wear can make or break how my shift goes. I told him what I was looking for/things that I like/dislike in a shoe and he immediately had a shoe in mind. I put them on and I had never been instantly satisfied with a shoe like that in my life. It checked all the boxes! I was also in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this location and Malcolm!!

The salesman - I wish I’d gotten his name - listened to what I said and brought me options that suited my needs. The very first shoe I tried on was the clear choice. Normally I spend a lot of time weighing the pros and cons of different shoes. He told me two shoes he thought I’d like; one of those was not in stock in my size so he brought me a couple of other possibilities. The original one he recommended that was in stock was the right fit. He described the other options as they conformed to and differed from what I’d initially said I needed. I found those options fit my feet as he stated. I very much appreciate him listening to what I said and knowing his products well enough to know which would serve me best. He deserves a commendation and he should train others to do the same as he does.
