I went into the store on January 17, 2025 as I normally do I shop here 4 to 5 times a week. I went in today to be greeted by the lovely special-needs worker who told me to wait a minute that he had something in the back I would want he brought it out, and as I was looking at it, the manager came up to me and said ma’am, He cannot stop everything he’s doing to bring you stuff out, and I said ma’am, he came up to me, and then she started snapping at me and was refusing to give me her name until I finally got it to report her for mistreatment of a special-needs worker and disrespecting a customer humiliating and embarrassing me in front of the entire store. Yall just lost a loyal customer who was in 5/6 times a week

The selection wasn’t very big but the customer service was friendly and kind.
We were looking for clothes to wear to a “goodwill gala” and found a few things that would work here.

The only thing I would like to see fixed is a full female torso mannequin with no clothes in the view of my kids. If there are no clothes on the mannequin it needs to be in the back room. Looks very disappointed. Otherwise I always have a great experience and make it there on a biweekly shopping trip. Very friendly atmosphere.

The lady at the front was so sweet.. They had volunteers working that were kind and helpful AND I got me 4 t shirts and a pair of shorts for work, a church church and my oldest son 3 button up shirts for $28.. Being a single mom of 4 kids ..that was such a blessing! I always forget about goodwill, but I sure appreciate the store.

Haven't shopped at this store yet but been to other goodwill stores love them. But I will say some people you just can't please them that shop at a goodwill store what do you expect a Walmart it's a 2nd hand store it's what you see is what you get customers are not always right just ungrateful period

I've had one of the worst experiences today.. was buy a travel tote bag which was $.99 and the cashier wanted to charge me $3.99. Asked to speak to a manger and she made another employee come out and talk to me. So I asked of the manger again and showed her that it was a travel tote and she said it will still $3.99 and that she will call home office and get them to change the sign . It was a waste of time there.

Well, I am quite disappointed in the reviews that I have read, I am from Denham Springs and I have currently moved up into this area and wanted to find a Goodwill to start shopping at, I do enjoy most goodwills products, but reading these reviews has made me realize, this one must not be a good one to go to..?

A few of their employees are extremely rude and disprectful of you and your family and will run over you as you're shopping. While you're shopping you can also hear their whole conversation as they're gathered in the back of the store chatting with one another. Seriously if they don't like being around people, they need to work somewhere else. It's not fair to everyone else to have to deal with their poor attitude and disrespect.
