Goodwill is getting greedier by the day. First, no fitting rooms. If something doesn’t fit, you can only get store credit. You can’t use the bathrooms as fitting rooms. The signs in the book section say that adult books are $1.99 and children’s are 99 cents. Now, they’re charging $1.99 if the child’s book has “too many words” for a Kindergartner to read independently even though elementary and middle schoolers are children themselves. They charge retail prices instead of used prices. I can get the same item at Walmart for cheaper and it’s brand new, but they try to convince you that you’re getting a deal. They use any excuse possible to charge customers more money. And by the way, they get all these items for free. ? This company deserves all the theft they experience.

We are traveling from Georgia and came to town for a week for my father's funeral this weekend. My mother lost her luggage with all of her belongings in them (including my father's ashes). We went to Goodwill (the cheaper option) to replace everything. My mother wasn't able to try on ANY of her clothes to make sure they fit her. The changing rooms aren't available anymore and she wasn't allowed to go into the bathroom to try them on until AFTER she purchased them. All they had to offer (during checkout) was that we had two weeks to return to get store credit, that is ONLY allowed to be used in the Colorado locations. We live 1500 miles away so that is kind of an issue. We spoke to the shift supervisor and he didn't seem to care about anything we had to say. There should be some type of accommodation for certain types of scenarios. The only nice thing he had to say was... "Have a good day." Definitely will never be returning to this location.

The prices have truly gotten out of control. I saw a pair of jeans for $45 !!! and more and more are $20-25 ! I understand these were probably expensive when new, but we come to Goodwill for a good deal, and they are disappearing. In addition, closing permanently all the change rooms makes it frustrating to want to buy clothes here, especially for my kids. Im sure it saves the staff a bunch of headaches, but it makes it tougher on the customers who keep the doors of this place open. Combine that with a return policy of 'store credit only' and you cant even get your money back if you buy clothes and try them at home only to find they dont fit. I used to love this store a lot more. I'll still come here for coffee mugs from time to time 😉

I usually beeline for the outdoor section, the craft section, and the furniture is also decent and fairly priced. The store seems fairly clean and well organized. Albeit the clothing racks are jam-packed and the racks themselves are pushed so close together you kind of have to skinny through in between them. And I am not a large person. I generally preferred the previous design they had, where clothing items were clearly marked by genre (athletic wear, short sleeve shirt, long sleeve, etc) some of that is still there but I spend a lot of time looking around trying to find the signs that says what's what. It also used to be organized more by color as well and that was very nice as most people have their favorite colors. Some of the sizing is incredibly off, but I will say that is not abnormal for thrift stores. The clothes have gotten a little expensive, particularly jeans and coats. I'm not about to buy a second hand pair of jeans for only $2 less than I can buy them at Walmart. Seems unethical to have second hand clothing that will fall apart much faster cost so much. Everything else in the store is more reasonably priced.
The clothing racks give me such anxiety trying to find stuff that fits me and what I'm looking for that I usually give up after a few minutes and don't buy anything anyway. I used to love perusing the racks of clothes and would buy items almost every time I went. Now I can't stand looking for more than 5 minutes before feeling overwhelmed and a little claustrophobic haha. On the rare occasion I do find something, oft it is overpriced, so that only adds to the frustration.

Way too expensive! $35 for a pair of jeans that somebody else’s privates have been in! You can go to Walmart and pay $9.99-19.99 for NEW. Plus, you can’t try on any clothes! I don’t trust anyone who marks up prices that much. Plus, their items aren’t that great. They’re not the only thrift store in town.

Used to love coming to goodwill before the remodel. Easy to shop. Now the racks are placed so close together you can barely walk through. Also the higher prices, lack of discounts, and inability to try things on cause the racks to become so jam packed it is hard to browse. The manager seems to just saunter around the store dictating to his employees, I've never seen him actually work or even bother to greet/acknowledge customers....

I used to love shopping at Goodwill also. It was my favorite place to shop for clothes, or just treasure hunt. Now sometimes I find myself there and think ugh! Why am I here?
I rarely find anything anymore because I won’t buy clothes that I can’t try on, and I will never believe the closing of the dressing rooms are for safety reasons. Other reasons I don’t enjoy Goodwill anymore include overpricing and unfriendly employees. Even the manager’s walk around and can’t even crack a smile. I miss the old Goodwill!
Time has really taken its toll on poor Goodwill. RIP

Went around 5 pm on Wednesday. About 20 people shopping, not crowded. They have circular clothing racks that do feel crowded and overwhelming but clean and easier than going through isles as far as bumping into others.
Great place to donate to and to support

Found a globe, game and some nice white shirts

Go up
