The best dealer and seller I’ve ever dealt with for buying a car

Green owl motors and Eric puts you and the vehicle you want to purchase as a priority. Eric literally does THE MOST out of anyone, when it comes to taking care of you and your car. To elaborate, Eric puts ZERO pressure on you and will let you make your own decisions and will respect your decision. He also is on top of everything when it comes paperwork portion of your purchase. When I purchased my car, all the paperwork and DMV processes were taken care of by him personally, and he even stayed behind until 7pm just so I can pick up my car the day that I received my check for the car. He is also a very professional, but relaxed person.

Eric is also a car enthusiast, which put me at ease knowing that he maintains and will take care of the vehicles he sells, and that he wasn’t just someone looking to sell a piece of junk for profit. He went out of his way to repair minor issues and even replaced my radiator, which should show you that he doesn’t believe in scamming people. Eric told me doesn’t believe in selling anything that “isn’t 100 percent” and I can definitely attest to that statement.

As for the vehicles he is selling, they are very clean. The interior and exterior are very clean and look like they’re basically brand new. I would 100 percent say that 99.9 percent of the vehicles he sells are not lemons and are not going to cause you headaches and become money pits. As for my car, I couldn’t be happier with it. I was a little bit worried at first, but seeing the long and meticulous process Eric goes through before buying or selling a car had really put me at ease.

In summary, you’re going to be extremely happy choosing Eric and his company Green Owl motors. He is better than any independent dealer or private seller that I’ve ever dealt with purely for the fact that he’s efficient and cares about both you and the vehicle he is selling. You definitely won’t regret your decision if you choose Green Owl Motors.

5/5, 10/10, 100/100!!! Great experience buying a car from Eric for my daughter. She was under the gun after her car was totaled with limited time with a rental car to find a replacement. After I came into town to help her and we visited multiple dealers, and took multiple cars for independent inspection (which all turned out to be lemons), we were exhausted and discouraged. The used car business is like the Wild Wild West: expensive, less than ethical, and a risky wilderness!

Lucky for us, we found Eric and ended up with a great Subaru Outback for a very fair price. Eric educated us, delivered the car to Pasadena (didn't even ask for a fee or gas money for that although we gave him some gladly), and when a glitch occurred a couple of weeks later with the warning lights, he was immediately available (turned out to be minor, and he talked my daughter through it to fix it).

We are customers for LIFE. There may be lots of great used cars out there (maybe?), but I'm not going to waste my time trying to find those needles in the haystack; I'll let Eric be the expert! Next time I hope we are not so time-constrained because I'll want to give him our "wish list," and have him work his magic. I trust him implicitly - what a great thing to be able to say about someone in the used car business!
