Came in after another tire shop told me they couldn’t patch a BRAND NEW TIRE because the nail was too close to the sidewall.

Spoiler… It wasn’t. Of course they were eager to sell me *another* new tire though.

Because I’m not stupid, I politely declined, brought it to these guys, and they took care of it in about 30 minutes. I appreciate the honesty and quick walk-in service.

Started at another shop that refused to take the tire off and check for why it was constantly losing air pressure. I was against the wall at 5pm on a Saturday and Omar immediately agreed to take care of the tire if I could get there quickly. Fast forward 45 minutes, the nail was out of the tire and it was correctly patched and I was on my way. Very grateful will be back for all my tire issues going forward.

Today was a stressful morning finding my car with a flat tire. But, Shaw came in clutch when I pulled up today. Even with all his appointments he had today, he made a time slot for me to get my tire changed. Lastly, I told him in the mean time I’m going to take the bus home, and to call me when it was ready. Shaw offered to take me home while I left my car at the shop with the team. The customer service I received today was a 12 out of 10. Highly recommend everyone come to this location! Amazing customer service, complimentary coffee, and a free shuttle ride if you need to go home or work (in the area).

I came in for what I thought would be a quick inspection but, unfortunately, it didn’t pass because my front brakes were less than zero. Too bad the shop that put on my brand new tires failed to check this critical element. I won’t go back there, but Peter at Hogan was fantastic!!! He knew his stuff and showed me how bad the brakes were. He said he could have the parts and get it fixed by end of that day. THEN he scheduled a ride back to my office free of charge. My car was done ahead of schedule and he arranged an Uber to bring me back. Repair done without the added cost he thought might be needed for sensors …. All good!!! Highly recommend this shop. Professional, courteous, and excellent service. Thank you Peter!!

All it took was one phone call. Peter was very informative and knew his stuff. I was able to get an oil change within 30 mins. This was surreal! Normally you will have to wait until the next day or so. Not to mention that the price was fantastic. Hogan and sons now have in me, a customer for life! They deserve 6 stars if I could give it to them Excellent company! You would have to be out of your mind to want to go anywhere else!

We were traveling north on I95 when we had a flat tire. It was fortunate a young man stopped to change the tire and put the spare on. We were headed to VA to attend the Solheim golf tournament, so we continued on. Once I got into Sterling, VA I googled tire service and Hogan and Sons came up. I immediately called and explained what had happened and ask if they could look at my tire and see if it could be repaired. It could not but they were so helpful and encouraged us to go ahead and enjoy the two day event and they would replace tire on Monday morning and have us on the way home. It was so comforting to know we were being looked after and that we could still make the tournament and know things would be taken care of. I cannot express enough how kind and caring the guys who helped us were. Thank you again!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I had some tires sent to Hogan and Sons on 09/20 for installation on 09/21 and was told they would be ready by 10 AM. I got a call around 9 AM telling me that they could not find my wheel lock key. I told them that it should be in the glove compartment since that's usually where I store it/where my mechanic leaves it after my oil changes/tire rotations. They said they would look through my car again.

I got a follow up call saying that two different technicians had combed through my car twice and that the wheel lock could not be found anywhere. They said they could break the locks and charge me per wheel, or I could pick up the car, head to the dealership, and pay for a new wheel lock.

I ended up having to scramble to cancel reservations, that I got charged for regardless since it was a last minute cancellation, and had to call around to see if I could find a ride to Hogan and Sons. I finally made it there around 12 PM.

When I got into my car, something felt wrong, as if something did not add up to me. I opened my glove box, took out my manual, and lo and behold, the wheel lock was sitting right there. I was furious. I walked back in and they swore up and down that they had 2 technicians check the whole car front to back twice.

I just wasted 5 hours of my day, got charged for reservations I should've been able to make, and now I had to wait another couple of hours for them to actually do the tire change.

They called me to come pick up my car around 1:30 PM. I came in and the guy at the front, who knew about the wheel lock debacle, started looking for my keys, pauses, looks me dead in the eye, and asks, "Did they tell you to come pick up your car?"

Be for real. Why else would I be there? No apologies, no discounts, nothing. I get that things happen, I really do, but when you waste hours of my day for a wheel lock that took me 2 minutes to find, it's no longer understandable.
