The staff is amazing there! The prices were great. I’m so happy with everything I bought:) I asked Gina for advice and she was super helpful and sweet. You can tell everyone there has a heart of gold. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had:)

I found great furniture pieces here the other day, exactly what I needed coincidentally! 6.5' wood shelving/display unit, tall and narrow- $5!!! A very slender aka space efficient, vintage wood end table for $20!! A shelving unit (pressed wood maybe) with four drawers and a cabinet for freaking $2. And a two seater faux leather ottoman/storage bench for $10. It took awhile to find it all because there are some outrageously beautiful and obscure vintage pieces to move through (not sure why their prices are complained about in other reviews- you can't find 10' long solid oak foyer tables, 8' tall solid wood hutches, etc without dropping thousands in lux furniture stores- I digress), but after a few trips around, I had everything my household needed for under $40.

The staff I interacted with were pleasant. I moved each piece to my vehicle (alone), as they require shoppers to do, so if you're furniture shopping, bring a hand if you need one.

Clothing and handbags were overpriced relative to the consignment and thrift shops nearby, the original retail cost of the pieces, and how old (some 5-10 years old in gone by fashion) and worn they were. That's really my only qualm. However, they also have a marvelous colored tag system that provides discounts over time. Again, only qualm is related to how some garments/accessories have tags that don't participate (white tags), which seems odd for the sake of moving inventory and the aforementioned reasoning.

Summary- 4/5 stars! 4.5 if it were an option haha. I would gladly return and do business here again.

Guy in store offer red to help me load 2 cabinets, after buying the women behind desk was very arrogant and rude and said we don't help customer load. I won't buy anything there again.

Unfortunately, management never sees these social media comments. I reviewed these negative comments about the high pricing and never having discounts or markdowns… Clearly, none of the negative comments are making it to the people that matter in this company. Whoever they have hired to work this social media platform and give responses is just being paid an hourly wage to respond, and nobody sees the comments except for the customers.

Bought 1 gal. of paint over the weekend, decided I wanted a different color when I got home. So I returned to the store Tuesday to swap it out for a different color. Was told they couldn’t do that, even though I didn’t open up the paint. My wife and I have been shopping at this store for 5 years, recommending it to friends. Well that’s gonna end. Not to mention we gave 2 solid years of our life on the building side of things with the Caravan program helping to build Habitat homes, traveling the country up until Covid. Sometimes you have to put common sense and customer service over store policy. I guess that’s lacking at this store.

I was afraid to stop with all those negative reviews; I’m glad I stopped. The prices weren’t bad compared to other 4’letter stores. Coffee mugs were $2, the discount table $1 and they dis have different color discounts. Great find!
