While I used to enjoy shopping at this thrift store, I'll no longer be spending my money there. Today I overheard some of the staff making comments about how much better it was with Trump keeping immigrants out of they country, and a host of other racially charged comments.
I can't spend my money where bigots reside.

This location has a better selection than the one in Brandon. It’s good prices when it’s on sale like the housewares and home decor. The customer service at this location is unfriendly at this location. The employees are such in a rush they want people out of the store even a few minutes before closing and they keep announcing that they’re closing. Even saw a employee make a rude comment to a customer when the person was just picking something up before the store was closing and the employee said you’re really pushing it, in a rude way. Customer friendliness isn’t a thing at this store it’s very unprofessional how they talk to customers all because they’re so desperate to leave right when the store closes even a few mins before the time.

I’ve been going to this store for years, it’s actually one of my favorites in town. Today I had a really bad experience with the women who worked there. I was trying to buy an old raincoat set and the woman with the black hair who was bagging it was handling it and pulling the set apart so roughly I thought it was going to rip!!

Second, the very tan wrinkled cashier woman with the short grey hair was so incredibly rude. She claimed the coat that we were trying to buy wasn’t a part of the discount, even though it was found on the discounted rack. Normally that would have been fine, but the way she was so mean about it and wouldn’t even look us in the eye as she said it and as we decided if we would buy it was jarring. She claimed it was because it was a “wet suit” even though it was a very heavy coat. Anyway, I hope ownership can coach her on customer service and how to speak with guests because otherwise she should really be let go.

Especially at closing time.
The ladies were not so nice as they walked around shouting repeatedly and sternly that they were closing soon. It was a bit intimidating and unexpected around 5:30 on a Saturday. But otherwise! Love this place!

It was fine here. They have some awesome vintage finds. Saw Lincoln logs and turboman doll. There was one female associate who was very loud and didn't seem very happy with her job. Slamming down the clothing etc. Not a 'cheap' thrift store.

I love coming here and always leave with great stuff. The boutique items are a little pricier than average thrift store prices, but there are usually a ton of hidden gems in that section. I also recommend checking out the knickknacks on the shelves right in front of the shoe section — I found many great deals on full-size cosmetics here!
