Smaller than the thrift stores im used to having recently moved to a small town from the metro area, but they still had quite a bit of stuff and selection. I even found some cool crafting supplies there too which is always a plus in my book. Friendly staff and good finds.

Please donate else where. The staff are rude snooty and entitled. I went to donate some brand new boy scout uniforms and a leather blouse and hardly warn winter layers and they saw a lightly use highvise jacket with some minor staining on and and told me to leave. As I waited for the staff to inspect my drop off I was finishing up a conversation and the staff proceeded to snap at me about not being on the phone during donations next time. I understand that the staff are trying to help the community however that doesn't give you the green light to be rude. Just next time say we are very swapped we can't accept anymore donations today.

They never allow donations, came by 3 times to donate and they’re always “closed” even during their posted hours of being open.

I thought the selection and people were nice upon first impressions. I spent well over $100 the day I went in. A German lady checked both my friend and I out.She had a short line of people behind us.She didn't offer a receipt but being that I checked out with my debit card, and ended up having to borrow $10 cash from my friend after the lady very publicly announced that my card was being declined for the full amount. Which after working in customer service for over 20 years, I thought she did not handle in the correct manor, but for me it was not the time or place to discuss it and we were in a hurry. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. After arriving back at the house to take care of a pressing matter we started going over what we had spent, even called the store back to confirm the prices of the items we had bought. After adding up the items I bought I discovered that I was charged $20 more than I should have been and my friend that was with me was charged $10 over what she had bought(and adding in the taxes)! Once we had added everything up and discovered the discrepancy,we then hurried back to the store to speak with them only to find they had closed 10mins early. At that point there wasn't much else we could do but return the next morning, however they were closed and seemed to be closed for the next two days. Very disappointed, as we had hoped to straighten out the discrepancy. However after three to four days later, with no receipts, there wasn't much we could do about it. However the fact that it was exactly $20 & $10 and no receipts offered, I would highly suggest keeping a close eye upon being rung up/checked out. I unfortunately due to this issue will not be a returning customer!

They have a lot of household items which is great for new homeowners. They also have a pretty good selection of durable medical equipment if you need something quickly. Books are limited. There i Big selection of used clothing.

Its a good place to donate those items in good condition but no longer needed.

Enjoy going in once in a while. I used to like it more before they “reorganized” not too long ago. Prices have gone up since then. I donate my clothing, shoes, etc to this store. They serve a lot of people in Rifle and surrounding areas.
UPDATE
This store has been reorganized and cleaned up nicely. I guess I don’t like change…lol, but it is more roomy and looks nicer than before.

This was a cute store. Had lots of winter essentials and cute scarfs. Very different from stores in Florida. We enjoy traveling to thrift shops as you never know what you will find.
