Little Poppets is a great family run business who will do what ever they can to help you.

A few years ago my daughter was born with multiple health problems and needed to pass a car seat challenge in hospital before they would let her home. The car seat we had (silver cross) she failed the test as her oxygen kept dropping. I called Caroline and explained the situation and wanted to look at possible car seats that might be more suitable. Caroline let us borrow car seats until we found one that she passed the test in, saving us purchasing multiple car seats.

I recently found myself expecting another a child and knew I would return to this shop for my baby needs. We purchased a oyster 3 bundle and received the same excellent service. Delivery did take a little longer that expected but David kept us up to date with what was happening. The delivery issues is not Little poppets fault and its out of their control. If your delivery is delayed they will bend over to help and offer you a replacement until yours comes into store they will never leave you without.

This store is perfect for all your new baby’s needs.

Little Poppets are brilliant. We visited on the Saturday, and David helped us choose the perfect pram for our needs. He was really friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The order was ready to collect within a few days, which was just as well as our baby arrived early! Thank you Little Poppets!

Ordered a set of pushchair adapters on the 6th of September and paid for next day delivery too. We're now in November, I've not recieved anything, not recieved any response when I've reached out to customer service either so I've had to put a claim through my bank.

Warning to others: do not order from this company. I ordered a Joolz Aer+ bassinet. It was meant to be delivered the first week of October… it still hasn’t been delivered and there is no order update. I have emailed customer service numerous times, DM’d on instagram to no reply. I never write negative reviews but want to warn others to save them the pain of being conned.

As first-time parents, navigating the sea of pram options was overwhelming. Thankfully, Little Poppets & Co came to our rescue. They walked us through the entire process, helping us decide on the best pram for our needs. It was really helpful and reassuring to be encouraged to push it around and ensure we felt comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxed and there was no "hard" sell, which made us feel at ease.

I highly recommend calling ahead and letting them know you're coming so they can make time for you, as they are a small business. We ordered our pram 10 weeks before we needed it, and it arrived on time. As someone who works in logistics, I suggest not leaving it until the last minute. Little Poppets & Co aren't responsible for delivery delays from manufacturers. We were fortunate that our baby stayed put, so there was no mad rush and we received it when they said we would.

One tip: before you leave, ask them to walk you through the pram's features again. We loaded the car without a refresher, and the brand we chose didn't have the best instructions. However, a few YouTube videos later, we were all set. This was more on us as first time parents than Little Poppets lol.

Additionally, as registered distributors for some brands, they offered us a better deal than online prices. It was wonderful to see the product in person, talk to knowledgeable staff, and feel confident in our purchase. We would definitely recommend Little Poppets & Co!

Visited Little Poppets & Co today with my partner and was pleasantly surprised by the large range they had available. They had all of the pushchairs we wanted to compare and had a huge knowledge on every brand. The price matched an online price without hesitation which was also an added bonus.

Do not purchase anything from this company. They take people’s money and don’t deliver. Check the reviews online. They have a stand at the Baby Show which makes them appear legitimate so beware. My son and daughter in law paid in full for their pram travel system at the Baby Show and were promised delivery on 1st July but didn’t get delivery. After several phone calls and excuses after excuse including some far fetched story about a fire at the manufacturers factory my daughter in law decided to take action. The bank refunded them in full immediately so they must have had many complaints about these cowboys. I’ll be contacting Trading Standards and The Baby Show organisers today

As first time parents, we was really struggling to find what travel system would suit us. When we went to little poppets they were so helpful with all the information they gave. I had so many questions and wanted to compare a lot of different travel systems to see what fit for our car to what is right for us. Little poppers spent so much time with us and nothing was too much trouble. They demonstrated different systems and let us try out the buggy’s and gave us the history and research into car seats. We really appreciated the information and help they gave us to making our decision. We are really looking forward to collecting our travel
system. Would really recommend going to little poppets for any of there travel systems needs.
