I recently visited the Louis Vuitton store at Tysons and had a mixed experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and their knowledge of the products was impressive. I appreciate the good customer service at the begging of my visit. However, I was disappointed with their inventory; on my last visit, I wanted to buy a specific belt that was out of stock. The staff kindly offered to order it for me to be delivered by mail, but the delivery process took much longer than expected.

In a bid to get get the belt sooner, I went to the Louis Vuitton boutique at Blooming -my now favorite LV store, where I found plenty of inventory and was able to purchase the belt right away. When my ordered belt finally arrived by mail, I faced complications with the return no labels nor receipt were included in the box. The situation was made more difficult by the attitude of the sales rep and one of the managers during my attempt to return the item. He inspected the belt with a lot of theatrics which was frustrating. Also they implied that I didn’t buy the belt at that location. I finally found the e-receipt and they finally return the item.
Despite these challenges with this specific location, my overall experience with Louis Vuitton has been positive. The product quality is exceptional and offers great value and lower prices compared to other luxury brands I enjoy. I will continue to purchase Louis Vuitton items, but I think I'll be avoiding this store for my future shopping trips.

I visited the store location a week before my birthday with the intention of purchasing a bag. The customer service I experienced was subpar. Although I understood that not having an appointment might result in a wait time, I found the wait to be quite long before I was finally assigned a sales associate. Once I was helped, the service felt more focused on making a sale and moving on to the next customer rather than addressing my specific needs. I wasn't offered any amenities such as a bottle of water, and the sales associate seemed more interested in upselling additional items rather than addressing my concerns about the bag I wanted to purchase.

To add to my disappointment, when I returned home, I noticed that the brand new bag I had purchased was defective. This meant I had to make the inconvenient trip back to the store location to exchange it.

In short: this store is a scam because they have not refunded my 1000+ dollars for an order I cancelled in April.

Feel free to shop at this store if you want to spend your money for NOTHING. I placed an in store order in mid March and requested the cancellation online. The online agent confirmed the cancellation for me, then I got calls from this store one week later which I had absolutely no time to answer during my/their work hours. Next time I was in store was May. The store manager assured me she would look into this for me. However, until July 3rd, my 1000+ dollars refund is still MISSING.
In summary, I didn’t even pick up/see the goods I ordered, and my money is still kept by them three months later.

Go shop at Chanel or Hermes for better customer service. Never have I been treated like this during the 3-4 years I shopped at Chanel or Hermes. This is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS.

I went in yesterday to exchange a wallet. I was told the wait was about 20 minutes. I heard someone being added to the list and their wait time was 25 minutes. I waited over 50 minutes and finally received assistance. The person added after me was not in the store when I was helped. I am not sure if they were pushed up the list ahead of me. My sales agent was excellent but unfortunately I won’t be back to the store ever again. The Washington DC LV store service is EXCELLENT.

Horrible customer service . I see employees roaming around and tell me to wait to pick up my order . 45 mins to grab my order from the back and give it to me . They end up coming back and tell me , sorry the email , call and text wasn’t for your watch . So if you mailed it to me , I would have received someone else watch. I have two watches with them and they don’t have a status update for me yet 10 weeks later . Still waiting for an answer

The first time I met my client advisor Ahmed, I immediately hit it off with him! I truly value how charismatic and down earth he is and how he is very realistic with his selections that he makes for me and has begun to develop an understanding of my style and the things that I love. He gives me great suggestions and advice and always makes me feel like I am heard. You can tell that he genuinely cares and considers products that could help me develop my collection. He is an expert in the product themselves and always has an answer to all of my questions. I have had plenty of client advisors, but I’ve never had any that has shown me the care that Ahmed has. He remembers conversations that we have had months before and even my best friends name. This is what has grown my brand loyalty to Louis Vuitton over other competitive luxury brands. I feel heard and seen and Ahmed embodies everything the Louis Vuitton brand wants for their clients. I won’t shop with anybody else but him!

I would give 0 stars. They are just great, when they can sell u something. BUT when I need a repair, they told me it’s 0 $ because it wasn’t my fault, but when i turned my 3100$ bag in, they wanted that I pay for the repair. I wrote customer service about that , they replied that someone will contact me …..well I am still waiting for that call ( waiting since 2 weeks). I had some other bags on my checklist…. Which i deleted now. Horrible customer service.
