I’ve been living in this area for 4 years and have attempted to purchase here in the past but EVERY single time I come, all the discounted colors are nearly nowhere to be found. Today’s normal priced color is yellow and all I saw around the store was yellow. Seems like a strategy they have. Their wait times for checkout are EXTENSIVELY long. The one item I found isn’t worth a 20 min wait. Terrible service, overpriced and RUDE employees. Don’t discriminate people for only speaking Spanish.

Came here to just browse some deals. And that did not happen. So over priced/price gouging. I mean people like me come to find deals and items that are cheaper then your regular department, clothing or furniture store. I mean a semi worn out tank top for $16.99 get real. Or ripped stained tennis shoes for $25! That just ridiculous and sad.

I'm very torn about this store. They're cash only, which would only be a mild annoyance if it was actually well advertised. They make ample announcements for all of their other rules but not this one. They don't offer returns or exchanges, no fitting rooms, and everything is sorted by color instead of size so it makes it difficult to find things in the right size. I think one or 2 of these I could handle, but the combination of them makes me hesitant to go back. On the other hand, the store was clean and organized and I was pleased with the selection and prices. They have a lot of nicer quality clothing and a lot that is new with tags. If you come prepared with cash, have the time and patience to sift through everything for your size, and are willing to try things on over your clothes or simply take the gamble, there are definitely some great things to be found! Unfortunately this was not the mood I was in during my visit and I left empty handed and overwhelmed after only about 20 minutes.

No fitting rooms and sorted by color. Plus they're not very friendly. At checkout, I was trying to make the cashier's life easier by making the tag readily able to scan. One of my items had a security thing on it, so as it touched the counter the tag came off. Even though I was literally at the register and trying to help the cashier, she then refused to sell me the $6 item. Thats what I get for trying to be nice, I guess? Very frustrating.

Don’t believe the Karen’s on these reviews. It’s a thrift store, some great finds, some way overpriced. Thats thrifting! Customer service is definitely not a priority for them but they’re successful! Cash only!

Horrible experience. The employees are rude and practically run you over with their carts and the price of your THRIFT STORE items are about the same price as Walmart prices. I was looking through sweaters and instead of the employee having basic manners… she decides to shove me over to put clothes on the rack. I get it, it’s a thrift store and the majority of your employees do not speak a lick of English but that does not excuse them from having customer service because this is a job, a job right? You get paid to work and your employees are the face of your company… the customers are what keep your business open. Will never return and I hope other customers read this.

Its impossible to find anything that would fit because they sort by color and not size. They are cash only which was super annoying because its not listed anywhere until you go to checkout. The cashier asked me to run to an atm and I said no, not realizing they have one there. She was super rude and said "oh that's just great!". Once I noticed the atm in the store I took out money paid the ridiculous atm fee, paid for my stuff and left. There's far better thrift options in the area I would recommend instead.

Denver's thrift store scene is universally dominated by Arc Thrift Stores, which are good in principle, but this competitor offers shoppers a pleasant alternative. My experiences shopping here are as follows:

Definitely a no-frills experience. The staff leave you alone as they stock items, so this wasn't a negative for me. I typically prefer to be left alone at lower end retailers, including thrift stores. It's not Neiman Marcus guys, don't expect to be fawned over while paying bottom dollar for donations. As for the dressing room situation, it's annoying, but I've never exactly been a big fan of dressing rooms in thrift stores.

There are rules. The cash only one is a bit of an annoyance, but it keeps costs down from processing fees. Just be sure to come prepared. They also ask you to leave coathangers, and not use the place as a lounge. Not too bad.

On the plus side, putting up with the quirks grants you access to a very large selection of clothing that bests most Arcs in the Denver Area. As a man, we usually get the shorter end of the stick in terms of net inventory, but not here. Men will have more than enough inventory on the floor to choose from, be it coats, shirts, dress shirts, etc. It's usually my first stop for secondhand clothing. Arcs tend to get picked over quickly and not restocked as much, but every time I've been in the racks are always full.
