I rate this store a 20 out if 10! The staff is caring and kind! Associate Marienen was thee best and Associate manager Zara was extremely competent and the best. I recommend this store for the top notch clothing, accesories and shoes but mainly for the awesome care each customer is provided with. Cheryl the owner is super dope too! Don’t sleep on this establishment you’ll regret it! This store is a cut above the rest!

I've come to this quaint little shop quite often as I live in the area and stroll around the mall. It is very well kept for the amount of traffic it does get and the associates are all very kind and helpful, even if some seem a bit shy.
However upon reading some of the reviews I have noticed that one in particular called out a girl working with a specific color hair. However, no one at this shop that I've seen in the months I've been stopping by has this specific colored hair.
I was urged to make a review simply for the fact that I do not appreciate what seems like other businesses bombing competition in reviews in what appears to be a fit of jealousy.
All in all this store is a great find for excellent clothing on a budget. With the economy the way it is today I will gladly give my money to local businesses instead of conglomerates.

Very sad to see this place closing! The people here have always been so kind and helpful. I went today and they have a ton of clothes and retail displays left to get rid of. I got a ton of stuff for 50% off! I believe they will have to be gone by next Thursday, so my frugal and thrifty friends should hurry over!

OK this place is amazing best, cloths great prices!!! The ladies that work there are the sweetest most attentive workers I have seen in awhile!! My phone was about dead and my older kids were off somewhere else at another store so I needed to charge my phone! I was nervous to ask because lol who asked that oh and I didn't have a C cord either they were so cool and plugged it in right there in the store using their cord and that to me was really nice!!! I was able to get it charged to 35% it went fast as I was shopping of course gmfound the kiddos and grabbed my phone and was checking out and I received 15% off it was just really neat!!! I will always shop here always!!!

Spent hours washing, ironing, and folding clothes to take to Northfield location. As we drove up, with the store just opening, they were posting signs saying they were not buying anything. We drove over 45 minutes to Southland location. We waited over an hour (with no one before us) for the lady there to price our clothes. We got $60 for 22 items. So less than $3 per piece with J. Crew , JosA Banks, Eddie Bauer, Perry Ellis, Johnston and Murphy, Levis, etc. Some of the $60 and up long sleeved shirts I brought were new. Men's $50 leather belts. I could earn more at my garage sale!! I learned my lesson. Too much effort for very little money.

the associate, esme, was so amazing on the sales floor. she was greeting every guest, grabbing fitting rooms, running to backs and was on register, while providing a great guest experience! she’s a hard little worker 🙂

I guess that I’m pretty lucky at MBFC because this was the last location within the Denver metro that I went to and the buyer took three of my items. Stellar selling experience as always. I was in and out within twenty minutes. Between the four locations that I went to, I got rid of about twenty items which made me very happy. The total cash that I got back was not much but the space in my home that I’ve been able to reclaim is priceless to me. With that said, if you’re heading into the store expecting that they will take all your stuff and pay you a bunch of money for it, I would probably reset your expectations and/or pursue more lucrative consignment stores such as rags, common threads, rewinds consignment, loop thrift store, clothes mine, etc. where they don’t give you cash outright but you get a higher percentage once your items sell.

RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL
I have brought clothes here before and had an amazing experience, but not today. The two girls at the counter were very rude and unprofessional. They asked if we’re buying or selling and I said selling. Right away the one with a light hair color said it’ll be a 45 minute wait and I said that’s ok. I asked if we can do two separate orders and she didn’t say anything, then I asked if that was ok. Still not saying anything, she gave my brother a paper then me, then threw the pen across the counter to me and turned back to folding clothes, I was shocked. Then as we were filling the papers she was making disrespectful facial expressions and seemed annoyed. When we were done filling them out, I put my bag on the counter and she grab mine and my brothers bag aggressively and still didn’t communicate or say anything. We walked out and then went back in seconds later and asked for our bags back because I didn’t want to do business at this location anymore. I wanted to take the papers back because we put down personal information and didn’t feel comfortable, but she grab them. She then said have a good night, I replied you too, because it’s obvious you’re not having a good one. This was horrible, disappointing and disgusting behavior from the employees. I understand retail can be hard, but having a nasty, rude, and disrespectful attitude towards customers is not the way.
