So I walked in here last minute about 3-4 minutes before they were closing and I started looking around to see if anything caught my eye when I hear one of the ladies day across the room "we're closed" I thought to myself ok and she is literally right behind us rushing us out the door saying "we're closed, our registers are closed". Now I understand maybe she's been there all day but there's a polite way to do things. She could of approached me and told me excuse me ma'am could you please bring your belongings to the register because we are closing the register. The gentlemen that were standing at the front of the store could of also said to me "I'm sorry ma'am we are closing in a few minutes unless we have something on hold for you please go up to the register". Or they could of just locked the front doors so no one else thought they had some kind of grace period to shop. All I'm saying is that there are ways on how to address things.

Overpriced and rude volunteers

I know the money goes towards a good cause but almost everything is ridiculously overpriced. One of the cashier ladies was really rude when we said we didn’t need a bag for our one item. She answered really rudely that people steal on their way out that’s why everything needs to be bagged. I understand that but they way she was talking to us seemed like she was implying we would steal something. She could’ve explained the issue without being so rude about it.

This was my first time here and it was such a delightful experience! The store is well organized. There’s a good mix of clothing and homeware. The best part is the staff - they are very helpful and friendly! Looking forward to returning!

I was so lucky to find these two beauties? as you can see one of them is already put to use? The store is neatly organised. Although I didn't look for cloths but I happen to notice quite a few of them had the original tags on them.

I really enjoyed shopping here! China cabinets, wood end tables and complete living room furniture sets are here!! I have been looking for an office chair. I finally found one. There were two of the same kind for $40 each. But the store is having 1\2 off entire store. I bought the office chair for $20. It looks brand new!! You need to check this place out! It is definitely a gem! Who wants to pay full price for anything these days! Also, the staff is extremely nice and helpful!

After driving 40 plus minutes I saw all the lights on and people in the store. Orland Park location. While walking around the lady ran up to me we are closed and we forgot to lock the door. I said omg I just drove so far may I just look real fast. She walked to the door and open and said come back tomorrow. I understand when you are off you wanna go home. I sat in the parking lot about q0 minutes they were still in the store. It totally felt racial I drove to Value city who had some great sale and they treat me so very kind. Unlike this rude robot

I try this thrift store from time to time. It gets worse every time I go. The grandmas working are either hounding you about sales or ignoring you and chit chatting amount themselves. Good luck checking out the grandmas are like turtles it takes forever and they don’t take cash they told me.The prices are outrageous and you can tell they barely get buissness. Savers is better and cheaper and their parking lot is packed on Monday’s half off day and nobody’s at this store. I can’t believe on some items how much they charge. They had used Kate Spade purfume for 50 bucks I showed the cashier its online brand new for even cheaper. She just looked at me and stared with a blank face what could she say. Lol Kids toys used and beat up 16 dollars I can buy it new. Everything is overpriced when they get everything for free. Then when you try to donate they go through your stuff and refuse the items or cherry pick what they be want. Altogether it’s not worth the visit coming from a thrifter. I guess the rents high over there so they have to jack up the prices even thier old location wasn’t good either when they moved it gotten worse. I’d highly recommend not going here.
