I love coming to this place. It’s so organized. It always has great items that are in good condition for amazing prizes. It’s like antique and thrift shopping. It’s one of my favorite thrift shops. People working there are helpful and nice. There are a lot of books and vinyl.

This is supposed to be a church-based thrift store but in reality its an overpriced, judgment-filled, vintage boutique store.

The workers will follow you around the store glaring at you and leaving you questioning why everyone there seems to hate you.

I asked one girl if she knew if they ever got in a type of shoe I was looking for and she literally just made eye contact with me, scoffed while she muttered "NO" and walked to the back of the store.
I waited around a while to observe and it would seem that unless you are a well-dressed, affluent, white senior citizen you will be treated lesser than.

Now to add to the almost aggressive judgment from the workers is the unbelievable prices that should make this not even be allowed to be called a thrift store.
A ripped, coffee-stained Costco tshirt was $9.99
2 SMALL terra cotta pots that were filthy and literally full of spiders were $19.99!!! A set of 2 old, stained, used towels were $19.99 but the real kicker
An no-brand, old leather jacket, ripped and absolutely reeking of smoke for $139.99!!!
This store obviously is using ebay as a price source and that should tell you how ridiculous their pricing will be....
OH!! and in the exact same style as the Greed-will down the street from them? They have color tag "sales" but pull nearly all the color tags that are on sale so you cant even find anything on discount...
It's absolutely wild that these people pretend to represent God and a church.
Jesus would never charge $139.99 for his old musty, crusty jacket so AT LEAST have the decency to call yourselves what you really are; an over-priced vintage boutique!!!! Come one, come all to be judged by rich, white teenage girls!

One the nicest thrift stores in Southern CA. The store is pretty clean too. Plenty of decent clothes and well organized by size. Also you will find another room where they have furniture and a library.

Not all thrift stores are created equal which is why New Unto Others is a must for thrifters who love quality clothing at affordable prices.

The merchandise selection changes often since the store itself is not huge. It's not uncommon to find designer brands, priced accordingly. Whether you're looking for a tee shirt or the ever-popular mom jeans, odds are, you will be able to find it at New Unto Others. As with all thrift shopping, time and patience are key to find those gems.

There's plenty of free street and on-site parking so that's another reason to love this store.

I've never seen a thrift shop like this! Here everything is Awesome!!! The items, price, quality, neatness everything! The staff is doing a phenomenal job! Just here dropped by today but definitely will come back for purchase! Every Thursday is a special day here!!!

Awesome thrift store, you can find many treasures, pleasant afternoon there finding beautiful and valuable pieces of paintings that can be sold online for a lot more money that you pay there.

After reading the reviews on Google maps, I eagerly visited the store. I did not look at the clothing, as I was interested in craft supplies and home goods. I have seen comment after comment about "beyond reasonable" prices, but I saw anything but. Thrift stores regularly have their "colored tag of the week" 50% off sales, so I can understand a bit of a mark-up, but this was ridiculous. $9.99 for a baggie of someone's old film slides. $12.99 for three small terra cotta pots. And the ultimate "were they high when doing pricing?": $19.99 for a baggie of fabric scraps too small to even quilt with.
I will swing by again in a few weeks, and give the store another browse, but considering how many items I saw that were priced more than if they were brand new...I am a bit pessimistic.
