I had the best experience when purchasing a washer. The one in WM didn’t have the LG Front Load washer I initially wanted, so they called Ruston and I got an even better one than I was looking at. It was delivered the next day with no issues and I absolutely love the washer. I will definitely be returning to them in the future and highly recommend them.

They are friendly and eager to meet your needs. They didn't have a complete set of washer dryer combo so I just got the dryer as mine was not working. I will be back to get a washer soon.
They delivery person was prompt and quick. He knew what he was doing. He hauled the old one off and all is good.

Our barely one-year old washing machine suddenly stopped working. I was pleasantly surprised when our technician, Tyler, was able to diagnose the problem quickly. The part had to be ordered but he was able to come back in a few days and install it. The installation was quick and the washer works as if nothing ever happened. I was impressed with Tyler’s knowledge and swift diagnosis. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I will definitely call Northeast Appliance the next time I need repair.

Overall experience was good but I didn't like the fact I had to pay 4% of purchase just to pay with my debit card! This is highway robbery! Taxes are extremely high already and to have to pay the extra is a let down! They say it's for convenience fee but it's just as convenient to pay with cash if it's at anyone's convenience it's at the business owners convenience not having to tally up the cash at the end of the day it's not our convenience so they should be responsible for this !

They gave us a very reasonable price and for an additional $80 they will not only deliver and install but also dispose of your old appliance… !! !!
