Was super excited to find a bag of Star Wars figures for my kid only to find that half of them were broken. This is the second time I’ve bought something here to to discover it was broken—the first time it was a resin figure that had a piece glued on but I only found out when I got home and went to put it on my dresser and the piece came off. It’s frustrating when a store has an “all sales are final policy” then sells broken items. Giving 2 stars because I have found a couple things that weren’t broken.

Rude staff. No public restrooms. My elderly mother had to use the restroom while shopping and they told me it was for staff only. When I said she was elderly and moved slowly the staff told me I better move her along. We put our purchases back on the shelf and left.

Giving 2 stars because I have found 2 decent items in this store. I've been going there recently but they don't rotate their inventory / donations. A thrift store should not sell a set of cups with individual prices per cup. Not a fan of workers as they all gossip about customers and employees and it's very obvious. They have over priced items, everyone has their own taste so i will not say it's all junk, but stuff that sits for over 3 months should probably be donated somewhere else. ALSO it is AGAINST Visa policy for a minimum purchase amount. There's a sign on the doors. They need better decor. There's always donations in the front but they are never on the shelf. I don't understand why they don't put donations out on the floor. Also your 16$ wobbly table will not sell for that. Put wood glue on it and then it probably would.

This is our #1 thrift store. Way better than any Goodwill. We always get the best finds. When I donated my couch, the staff was helpful and friendly! They helped me empty my car super quickly.

This is not a huge thrift store, but they had some neat things and the prices were good. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area next.

Not sure from previous reviews if people realize this is a second hand store & not a brand new in box location.
Staff is always super friendly and inviting every time my daughter & I make our weekly visit! Always an enjoyment to walk around and check out the new items. I’ve scored tons of awesome vintage toys for really great prices!

I almost had a five star experience at this thrift store - until I got home and found that an item I purchased was missing. Thinking it may have fallen out of the bag, which I found to have a 4" slit in the side, I called them, told them about the missing item and the slit and asked them if they could look for the item in the store and in the parking lot. I was told to call back in 5 minutes. I did so and was told they did not find the item and was told they definitely put it in the bag. I told the lady I was talking to, yes, I know they put the item in the bag, but again I mentioned that the bag had a large slit in it and it may have fallen out! I then asked if they could look in the shopping carts, the only other place I thought it could be because I had placed the bag into one to carry it and my other purchase to my car. It was at this point that the lady I was talking to informed me in an extremely rude tone of voice as if I was wasting her time, that, "The item was put in the bag! It was not in the store! It was not in the parking lot! It was not in the shopping carts", although I had just seconds ago asked her to check the carts, so she had no time to actually do so before telling me the item was not in them! Shocked at her aggravated and accusing tone of voice, I quickly hung up the phone. There was no reason I had to be talked down to by this woman just because I was trying to find a lost item. Sad, because it is a nice thrift store that I enjoy exploring.
