I took 181 items to this place most practically new hardly ever worn they been in storage for almost a year I even washed them and folded them. They took maybe 20 items plus 2 pairs of sandles. They only gave me $39. They refused my clothes because I’m poor and not rich like their other clients. They said my clothes were a waist of time and not worth it they didn’t even go through half of the clothes before they gave up. I’m highly disappointed just because I’m poor and my kids clothes aren’t as expensive shouldn’t matter. They told my fiancé all this. This is insane. I would not recommend them if you aren’t rich or have money or come from money . They were saying the clothes were ripped and covered in staines. Which is a lie I went through the clothes very thoroughly and made shore they were in perfect shape. It was a waist of time.

Tried to sell a bag of clothes they wouldn't take them because they were packed in a garbage bag. Tried to sell a baby bouncer seat that was only used once but they wouldn't buy it because it had a microscopic stain on it. You could barely see it and I'm sorry but if your buying used baby stuff and are expecting it to look new out of the box your stupid. Waste of time. Take your stuff elsewhere !!

Like any reasonable person, I didn't expect decent money for my stuff here. However, what was less expected was observing an employee smack headphones off her teenager who was at work with her. Not a professional environment. Not even a decent environment.

If there were ZERO， I would give it to them without hesitation. Racist people work here. Today we went to the store and the sign on the door said they were buying items, so my husband went to the parking lot to pick up our bags. When he walked to the door carrying two large bags of clothes, a woman with dark hair changed the sign on the door to "Not buy today” immediately. Shame on you！！！ Maybe you are just an employee of this store, but your behavior is disgusting，We will never step into this store！！！

First time I stopped into store and was excited to exchange some clothes from my diaghter. Let me first say that I come from a clean house and don’t buy trash clothing . I left with my tail between my legs because the manager basically told me my clothes were too dirty and needed to be cleaned . Mind after she left I was quite anointed by the accusation so I asked for a second look and then the other ther woman proceeded to pick at each piece of clothing which was very silly literally telling me that the inside of one of my very expensive infant clothing that the (stitching was coming out) it was the extra piece of thread from the factory . Then in the end she said (we don’t actually need any infant clothing so that the problem. Rude to waste my time! Just rude.

I agree with the majority of the reviews all the staff but maybe 2 or 3 need to know about talking about customers and their attitudes toward people. It’s seriously so uncomfortable to shop here! owner need to reconsider some of the staffing choice or show some of them a training video of how to treat customers.

Have taken clothes here numerous times. Minimal payment for items only for store to sell double if not more.

Drove out today at 4:55pm to sell items (5 bins) only to find a sign on door that buying counter is closed. This is unacceptable!

I've sold here a few times and I always feel like they pay fairly! They recently changed their system so you don't get cash anymore. The money is directly deposited into your bank account instead. Staff is always nice and welcoming and the store itself is kept organized and clean.
