Even when you make a decision based on your own mistake, take into account of what you continue to fail to do. Update the maintenance on your vehicles. Shameful. Someone could die from your careless behavior.

I am writing to express my appreciation for Officer Barnett's exceptional service in our community. Officer Barnett consistently demonstrates professionalism and approachability, while maintaining a high level of vigilance in his duties. His exemplary efforts have resulted in effectively preventing non-residents from accessing the clubhouse and pool area, thereby mitigating issues such as littering, the presence of alcohol bottles, and damage to property that previously deterred my use of these facilities.

I am thoroughly satisfied with Officer Barnett's service, and his commendable performance has garnered widespread recognition within the neighborhood. His presence has instilled a greater sense of security among residents, including myself. I am grateful for the positive impact he has made in maintaining the safety and integrity of our community.

Went and got livescanned. Officers were informative, polite and very prompt. Great experience. Only drawback was AT THE TIME, their debit machine was down so I had to use cash.

Opsec has consistently been unprofessional with me. In recent events, they issued me a faux ticket for my vehicle... the one parked outside of my own house. They patrol my cul-de-sac and claim that I have violated HOA guidelines- except THERE IS NO HOA EXISTENCE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD. Furthermore my car isn't an ugly one and isn't invasive to any neighbors. This is harassment- technically they shouldn't be sending patrols on my cul-de-sac. NO no neighbors have subscribed to their services.

When calling to follow up on this paper threat I was told I was "disrespecting" the dispatcher's guards on duty... I only calmly was challenging their ethics and was asking about their required post duties that would position them to feel so motivated as to enforce a traffic law. They refused to comment or speak further about the situation..

OPSEC Security is a joke and have some of the most inexperienced drivers on the road! In fact one of their driver's nearly hit me while I was on my way taking my son to school and he was the most rudest about it! This guy literally darts out in front of me from the Arco on avenue K and Division to get into the left turning lane onto Sierra Highway, literally could have been a terrible accident had I not been the driver I am. Then he proceeds to almost taunt me into reporting him, which I did btw. You all should do way better and teach your employees that cars are not toys

Unprofessional, Violent, law enforcement rejects who cosplay as cops with their fake, meaningless badges, always escalating situations never de-escalating, causing harm, but no good. Since they have been the security at my complex, the sheriff's have been called on residents, who are , multiple times & they assaulted a girl that was obviously not well mentally. After they threw her property & assaulted her- dragging and manhandling her & at one point even hitting her on the head- after that they put handcuffs on her, had her forcefully laid on her stomach, her faceon the ground and held her with her arm twisted unnaturally behind her back for over an hour while they waited on law enforcement. It's not possible to feel safe with that kind of "security". Take my, and many others, advice, steer clear of opsec security if you want competent security that doesn't make you feel unsafe & who won't use any excuse to call law enforcement- sometimes even fabricating lies to do so. Literally any other security is better. Trust.

What I found after a cursory search- Just last month it was reported that one security guard pulled a gun on another security guard! Additionally, I read that one was found fighting/assaulting someone at a bus stop! These events are easily searchable, there are more to be found I am sure. I can only imagine how many incidents have gone unreported & unnoticed, from what I have witnessed & heard when talking to other tenants, they target mostly vulnerable people- anyone that they know is unlikely to make a formal complaint or pursue legal action. Shameful.

If I had the option to put zero stars for this unprofessional security company I would but unfortunately I do not. Opsec has made me feel very uncomfortable every time I go visit. As a visitor I should not feel harassed and they always seem to make me feel that way. Every time I visit I’m always questioned as to why, who, and what time I’ll be leaving the complex. Visitor parking is meant for those who come to visit I am always threatened with my car being towed which is why I always park on the street to avoid that even though i am not violating any parking signs. I am always bring watched by the security officers every time I am the complex making it seem as if im someone suspicious. This security company definitely needs some new type of training on there associates to ensure they are not making people feel this uncomfortable.

Horrible ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE. Went there and filled out application as a combat veteran 2 tours California guard card and weapons permit, flexible schedule and all. I got rejected. Called and asked why and some lady with an attitude claiming to be the manager told me she didn’t have to give any reasons for anything. All I’m saying is if your a vet wanting to work .... this place is garbage
