I went in last week to ask about the Avionaut Sky 2.0 car seat, I was unsure if it would fit in my car due to awkward seat rails for the cover.
Both staff members at the time (didn't get their names) were extremely helpful, testing the seat in the car and letting me reposition the seats to check it would fit behind my partner. It was quite fiddly but they managed. We then tested my daughter in it and checked fit and comfort.
I went home to think about it and then purchased and returned the same day. The support was brilliant - they installed it for me, several people checked both the installation and my daughter's fit. They said I can pop back whenever for fit checks too which is great reassurance.
Extremely happy with pre and post sales from Paul Stride and love the new car seat ☺️.

Excellent customer service. Lots of items on display and available to test. We have bought several items from here, the staff are attentive and helpful without being pushy. They even helped us save some money without compromising safety on our last visit. They are also the authorised repair centre for one of our car seats and the warranty process was as simple as it comes.

I'd definitely recommend this shop! They are so knowledgeable about car seats and how to get the best fit in the car and a really safe fit for your baby / child. Great showroom for you to see all the seats and they happily install some options in the car for you to look at too. They've also gone above and beyond with post purchase customer care by helping us with fit checks etc too. Great staff and great customer service!

Ordered a car seat from this lovely company. We needed a new one ASAP so opted for a quick delivery. Received a call shortly after to inform me that unfortunately the colour we had chosen was on back order and I was surprised to be offered a generous compromise so that we could get the colour quickly and didn’t have to wait for the the seat to come in stock again. The chair arrived two days later and we are very happy. I can not remember the last time I felt I had received such personal and friendly customer service. Lovely shop that clearly goes above and beyond for customers. Will be recommending!

Always helpful and ready to give sound advice - you can tell they really know their stuff and let you try stuff out which helps massively. They'll also come out into the car park help you fit things like car seats, which is great and gives you the confidence that it's been set up properly, making the whole process less stressful. There's a reason they've been in business so long!
