I came in to get rid of some electronics here at PayMore, Wayne was immediately at the front desk ready to assist me and help me with it. He was fast, communicative & very knowledgeable about electronics. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone around the Phoenix area. They also, ship EVERYWHERE!!! What a great place. Any one of their employees will help you tremendously! This is my go to spot!!!

The store itself is super nice and has plenty of electronics that look good as new even the game discs themselves. The service was amazing as well. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and assisted! He took time to go over our options and explained how he came up with the amount we could receive. We have been to a couple other stores but never received great service like this! Definitely recommend if regardless of if you’re wanting to buy or sell!

Horrible Customer Service! I was treated like I put a bag of trash on the counter instead of my very expensive valuables. The cashier didn't look anything up, explained nothing, didn't give me a chance to even say hi and essentially referred me to take my business somewhere else. That was not what I expected on my first time visiting your store. Your advertisement on Google is very misleading and does not prepare you for the smug, sarcastic and ignorant behavior from your cashiers. Thanks to them, I'll never be back to any of your locations. By the way, I did notice your sign that you can refuse service to anyone. After reading your reviews, I think that's your way of saying if you are of any other race than white, don't bother coming in. That had to be the case, because all I said was hello.

Your corporate office has been notified of my experience. I would state the cashier's name, but he didn't think I was worthy of even knowing that. You better promote him to customer quickly before he tanks your business or something worse.

Although I had to wait for a bit once I was helped Zach was thorough and helpful. After my husband's passing I had 2 PlayStations a phone and various items to sell. The process was thorough and easy.

Wayne was pleasant and very patient with my sale. He took his time explaining and examining my camera. The storefront was clean and well lit, and it was overall a wonderful experience. I got a very nice appraisal and sale of my camera that I wouldn't have gotten anywhere else. I highly recommend this place, whether you're buying, selling or both.

I was in the store for about two minutes. In that two minutes, the counter person told me that they do not accept speakers like my $300 Sony Bluetooth Speaker that's like brand new. According to him, this store only accepts JBL speakers that are in the box. Also, he let me know that my Samsung Galaxy watch was old, but they still accept that model if it is unused and in the box. He went on to let me know that if I could get a better quote somewhere else, then I should go there. Please change your Google advertisement. It should say that you do not accept used electronics. If an electronic is brand new, then why would someone want to sell it? Also, hire employees that know how to explain their reasoning without being insulting and condescending. I have trained customer service agents for the last 11 years and this is one of the worst experiences yet. Oh and FYI, I was able to sell my items at the Glendale location with no problem. I guess my skin was too dark for the Arcadia cashier. I've had better cashier experiences at Waffle House.

We drove all the way from Mesa to try and sell a few items. The associate who helped us was very friendly and pleasant, even when telling us that they couldn’t take a few of them. He was eager to help us and we got a good deal for what we were able to sell! Thank you so much!
