It was my first time visiting this location, and I was initially worried because of the bad reviews I had seen. But… I was pleasantly surprised! The staff here are friendly, and the store is spacious.

I brought in two full bags. They bought 10 items and offered me $36, which I felt was a good deal. The entire process took about an hour, which was great compared to other Plato’s Closet locations that say it will take an hour but end up taking three. Overall, I got better offers and faster service here.

Walked in with 4 bags of clothes to sell. Came back to only being offered $36 for 5 items! I made a complaint that I had brand new items in there and the excuse was “it’s not in style”, “we don’t sell these kind of items”, wanting things from the last year of style. Get this..everything they bought was 4+ years old. Some of the items I brought in were lucky brand heels I bought 6 months ago, a brand new Sun dress bought last year, free people jeans, urban outfitter jeans, and 4 bags made of real fur and leather that would ABSOLUTELY sell. All in mint condition at worst. What got me was a hat I never wore and tried to brush off as “worn” when it was simply wrinkled and had some hair on it from my dog from being stored so long and an authentic 1997 ATL Olympics hat being told it wasn’t in style. HELLO if you’re paying attention those vintage items have been in style for years and are becoming more and more popular every day. I get not wanting to buy stained items or terrible condition items but if it’s a tiny stain or one you can barely see, I promise no one is going to care. You’re buying from a 2nd hand store of course there’s going to be wear and tear. Meanwhile they have these items on the racks. I would LOVE to know how they get their insight on what’s in style. Because whoever it is needs to reevaluate and learn what is really in style.

Oh well atleast I got money for gas.

I had such a great experience at this store today! They still had some really great stuff featured from their weekend and the staff was super friendly. I scored some amazing Free People finds and was tempted to buy so much more at their prices ! It’s a smaller store , which maybe people feel crowded or complain- but I think they do a wonderful job with the space they have available ! Will definitely be shopping here again

I no longer trust my clothes with this location. I dropped off a bag of clothes, which I had re-folded right before going into the store and sorted by item type - including two cute nice dresses. When I picked up my clothes, they paid me $7.70 for 3 items - a couple pairs of yoga shorts and a crop top. However, the next day when I went through the bag again, I realized one of the nice dresses was gone. It was either misplaced or kept by the store without compensation. Regardless of whether it was intentional or not, I'm really frustrated that one of the few things worth any value was lost to the store. They either need to be more organized with the clothes they're looking through or they need to be more honest when it comes to purchasing items off of people.

Service was OK. Based on my selling and browsing experience, there’s not much worth buying. The shoes were in terrible condition and you can find better at Nordstrom rack. This particular location definitely has a style/look they’re going for so if you’re trying to sell gently used or even new with tag brands like Nike, Free People, Nordstrom brands, Anthropologie, Madewell, Zara, and H & M, don’t bother. They did buy a few off brand name items which tells me none of those aforementioned brands sell well here.
Most of the items in the store were in poor condition and priced too high for the off brand names. Research other locations or second stores where you can get more for your $$.

I took some gently used clothes to this Location. Before they proceeded my stuff. The guy asked me for my number and then said I need receipts for the items that I was trying to sell since I sell frequently. ? I guess they didn’t like my last review so they made a new policy up. I’m find a new location because this one sucks.

Hasana, kailey, and Evelyn were the best from start to finish they helped me find what I needed and get rid of what I didn’t need. Customer service was on point and will be coming back only for them. Tony the manager was pretty cool too.
