The 1 star reviews are 100% true! Customer service here is beyond terrible! Don’t expect a greeting when you enter the store, don’t expect to get any help unless you speak to the associates first, but do expect to hear about their personal lives as you walk throughout the store. I walked in before lugging my items from my car and asked if they took sz 15 Men’s shoes. The girl responded yes, bring them in. I had 2 trash bags filled with Men’s shoes and left them with the staff to go through. I get a text that my buy is ready, so I head back to the store. I get there and the associate tells me they can’t buy any of my items because they don’t take anything over a men’s 13. The staff is totally INEPT! Don’t buy or sell here! I won’t be back!

Staff needs to work on their customer etiquette. As soon as I walked in, I was not greeted. As I was walking around MULTIPLE employees were giving me a dirty stank eye. It was very unwelcoming. I went with my brother and there was a very thick thumb tack on the floor that went through his sandal and pinched his foot. Not one staff member asked if he was okay, they just took the thumb tack like we were a bother to them. Not to mention I got home and they left the censor on one of my tops. Honestly the staff should be retrained on how they treat customers.

Terrible service. I arrived around 11 am with a briefcase full of clothes and a bag full of shoes. After waiting more than two hours to be notified that my items were ready to pick up, they told me that they only picked up 2 shorts and a pullover for 12 dollars. It bothered me so much that I didn't accept and gathered all my belongings back. It wasn't about the 12 dollars but about the amount of good clothes that I brought him and more than 15 pairs of shoes, all brand names, so that they only told me that they took 2 shorts and a pullover. In addition, I also took several wallets to sell. The only thing that made me understand this is that the girls who are in charge of selecting clothes do not search well and choose things to get by, this really affects a lot the business that is dedicated to selling used clothes that such unprofessional staff do not have the ability to know how to select products. I have a very bad opinion of this store. horrible shop assistants

Unfortunately I had to put 1 star in order to say this. Absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!
I came here to hopefully get rid of some clothes and make a little bit of change for it. I went in with a full trash bag of clothes and left with no money and still a full trash bag. When I went in. I was very excited, but I was greeted with a rude attitude from the person who is helping at the sales counter. She barely even looked at me, took my clothes and told me it would be 15 minutes. An hour and a half later I hadn’t even gotten the text yet. I had to walk inside to see if my clothes were ready when I was greeted with the same full trash bag that I went in with, for her to tell me “sorry you couldn’t make any sales on this and you’ll be getting your your clothes back”. She was rude with a disgusting attitude still didn’t even look at me and walked away. Definitely will never come to this location again.

If I could give no stars I would. Customer service is sub par , very transactional and low engagement. I had to ask several questions on what to do. I was here to trade clothes, they took nothing and I brought in a full garbage bag. Rep said it was due to inventory and worn clothing. These clothes have been worn ONCE but apparently they didn’t have room for them and made up a reasoning that they had stains, lent or holes and none of my clothes had any. Took a break from Plato’s for years but I’m certain I won’t ever return.

Took a buy in today.. I can't express how rude all of these workers were. Threw our ID's back at us, didn't say hi or tell us what to do or set clothes. Came back to pick it up and she threw the pen at us to sign the receipt. She got super rude because the system messed up. They need to learn customer service, and not act like they hate their lives! wow! We will NOT be back.

I have been to many Plato's Closets but this has by far been my favorite one. There are so many clothes for women in their twenties. You could basically buy all your going out outfits here. Along with this there were a BUNCH of athletic wear. I am a gymrat therefore I own and collect a lot of athletic wear and by far does this store have the best selection. There were three racks of gymshark!! (along with other name brand athletic wear) I felt like I struck gold when I saw that much gymshark. I ended up having to limit myself with how much I could buy just because I was going after work but I will definitely be coming back before I leave to go back to college to buy a LOT more.
