Don’t waste your time trying to sell here. I brought in name brand items such as Lucky Brand, American Eagle, Jcrew, etc, and was told the items were out of style. The items being the Lucky Brand jeans (which are 100 dollar pairs of jeans) and American Eagle jean shorts that I bought last year that still had the tags on them? Not to mention I had all the clothes nicely folded and everything was just thrown back into the box, truly disgusting. Will never come back.

I took a few blouses with tags still on them to sell. Some of the blouses were $60-$70 a piece when I had originally bought them. Anyway, I was given a ticket and it took the staff over 40 minutes to look at my things. I highly doubt they even looked at them thoroughly. We go back when it’s ready and they only had given me $14.00. This place is a rip off.

I went in with a bag of name brand items that include Michael Kors, Aeropostale, Nike, Converse and Calvin Klein. The girl threw the bag on the counter with an attitude and quickly looked at the items and was told they were outdated, but the real kicker was there were tags on a couple of the items that were never worn. Either the girl did not want to be there to work or she was just lazy. You need better employees.

Brought in a bag and was told it would take 5 hours to complete. Ridiculous but okay no problem. Left and got a text 20 mins later! Came back in and they didn’t take anything which is even funnier because I work at a different location out of the area and know there were brands and items they would take just didn’t get a chance to take them to my location I work at. E.g. Abercrombie sweats, offline aerie bralette, etc. clean, no stains, no smell, within the past year of purchasing. Pretty sure this was the manager that told me this info and just did not like me for some reason. Hopefully the owners see this one :). Not sure what I did to deserve that treatment from a manager but go off I guess.
*edit to the response below: the manager that was on that day told me it would take 5 hours, not the kiosk. That’s why I was confused 🙂

I took about 50 items there to sell. 15 minutes later they were done. They accepted none! Included were 2 dresses I bought there in April and white Adidas platform sneakers! I agree with another comment about Ageism. They lost a customer. Rude employees.

If you plan to sell your clothes here, don't even try, they don't take the time to see everything you're bringing and they give you nothing for what they take. They paid me for 16 pieces of clothing, 39 dollars , that is 2 dollars each piece, not counting that almost Everything I carried was new, even with its tags , and what was used was only worn once. Also almost everything I bring meet their specifications brand condition style and the funny thing even the clothes that they sell aren’t in 100% conditions .

I went one time with my niece as she wanted to sell some items, and they were in great condition but not everything was accepted. I have also taken my teen daughter to shop there and we only found 2 tops that she liked. They have a variety of options and styles but some of the things were very used and the shoes were all dirty, how can they accept these items and then resell them.
