Goodwill website says "Donation Hours: Mon-Sun 10AM-5PM", but the Donations center has an undated sign "closed until further notice" with no reason provided. This location should respect the general public and also figure out whether it accepts donations or not. No one wants their time wasted.

Reasonably priced items compared to goodwills in Arizona. Overall, the store is quite cleanly, easy to navigate. The shoes and clothes seem to be well maintained. Donations vary making all the merchandise varying weekly.

I was visiting Port Townsend and went into the local Goodwill as I do every city I visit.
Unfortunately it was dark and the smell was absolutely overwhelming. I’m guessing the store is having sewer issues and no it wasn’t low tide. I really wanted to see what the Port Townsend Goodwill had to offer but I had to leave.

High quality Goodwill in terms of both selection quality and staff.
Would recommend it you're looking for an outfit overhaul, speaker system parts, cookwear, and a lot more.
Staff are also very pleasant, and helpful when needed.

This goodwill is awful. They don't allow you to try on clothes anymore! Now they say "you can return anything that doesn't fit!" But they won't give you your money back!!! Instead they make you put it on a store credit! Absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your money shopping here.

The first thing I have to criticize is that horrible stink. The typical smell of thrift stores. That store has always battled that problem and when you go in there's no ventilation and it stinks so bad your eyes actually tear up and burn.
Clothing is way too expensive. The clothing is mostly incorrectly sized. Sometimes children sizes are placed in with the adult sizes. And if the tag on the piece of clothing is faded it doesn't deserve to be 1999. Same with shoes. They get all this stuff for free it's donated by the community or it comes from other stores mostly.

And yes I have seen Dollar store items they're in this Goodwill and $4.99 and $5.99 for something that was bought originally for $1 seriously? Also everything is just thrown on a shelf. It used to be where you would go into Goodwill and this is probably over 7 years ago, you could walk in the Goodwill and the shelves were full of really nice clean donated items. Everything on the shelves whether it was dishes or knick knacks of wood or metal or office supplies or games and toys it looks nice because there is people in the back to always fix it. But now the things already come pre-priced from another store and the type of items that this good will get are terrible. So I have refused to go there. Also since the money made at this store goes to tacoma.

It's okay, but the prices are way too high for a thrift store. Used shirts are six dollars and up. The shoes and pants are very high also. Sometimes I can get a nice piece of furniture for garage sale prices, but most of the stuff is overpriced. I realize there are overhead costs, but the store received all this stuff for free so it seems they could go a little lower. The customer service has always been fine there, and the workers who put stuff on the shelves work their tails off I just can''t get over the prices.
