To Improve:
- needs a rewards program
- SHEIN, H&M, etc. was being sold
- need bigger selection for smaller/petite sizes
- prices for mall brands, in particular J Crew, were a bit high but not outlandish

Fun concept for a consignment store! Booth renters choose to put their items on discount various days of the week. Always something new! They have children’s, women’s, men’s, and home booths to browse. Friendly staff. No large bags or purses allowed inside. Hidden gem!

We love checking out resale shops and this was a nice small one! Was mainly clothing and since we have 2 young grandchildren we picked up a few nice outfits for them.
We saw a few toys and some assorted women's clothing too. And I believe that they had a few toys and a small assortment of shoes. I imagine that the inventory varies weekly depending on the donations that they receive.

Great clothes at awesome prices!! I saw Lululemon, Aritzia, Athleta, and lots of lovely stuff. Will continue to visit for sure! Great places to buy or sell you clothes without the hassle of trying to sell of Poshmark or Mercari, or the awkwardness of selling on FB Marketplace.

Preloved is not only my favourite boutique in Houston but also an incredibly warm and welcoming community to be part of! Whatever size or style of clothing you’re after, it’s there! Better yet; you may also stumble across a vintage bike or TV to add to your new collection? The experience as a vendor is equally as fun, especially as you watch your earnings increase through your account online as sales from your booth add up in store! Lastly the staff are wonderful, always going above and beyond to make the experience a good one! The manager Ariana in particular is a star! You definitely need to add this store to your must-visit list?

This place is awesome! Super neatly organized and clean. The staff is always available to answer any questions and reach out to sellers. The items I’ve purchased ALL have had lots of life and color still left in them. I truly appreciate this from the sellers who rent out their booths. Stop by!

as a shopper the store and prices are ok but as a SELLER I do NOT recommend at all! Went in with some gently used items and brand new in a box Nikes I priced my kids shoes at $50, $15 and $10 and I had 4 pairs that were not there when I went to pick up my items. Nicely baby gap dresses that were also sold $10 and $7 as well as other items like a jacket and pants that I can recall were also not there when I picked up my booth. However my payout was only around $37 when I asked an employee how it just didn’t make sense, all she said was email the manager. I didn’t even waste my time on doing it so after all the reviews I read which I wish I would had done before.

I love this place! I’ve had 2 booths in the past and the experience has been wonderful. They provide the price tags for you to use. The concept to shop someone else’s closet and have so many things to choose every week is soo much fun! I have purchased so many items here. Purses, jewelry, clothes and home goods. It’s a different experience every week
