Prices are sky rocketing here. I’ve shopped here for three years, typically find great bargains. But lately they’ve lost their mind with the price gun. Seriously people, your inventory is free to you. I constantly find used items priced at near new retail price .. more and more.
We realize u have employees and utilities to pay like any other business but a place that receives free inventory… y’all are getting nuts.
We didn’t buy anything today.

Tldr: the prices are decent and they have some nice stuff but honestly I'd rather peel off my fingernails one by one than have to talk to any single one of the employees there ever again.

Honestly I'm not even mad at the stores prices, although they do seem high, but oh man the employees, at least the 3 that I interacted with, were all quite rude, unprofessional and unnecessarily mean for seemingly no reason. It started as soon as I walked in and said "hi" to the girl behind the counter- she gave me the most disgusted look and said "what?" like she was offended or something and I was like "oh I just said hi" and she rolled her eyes and turned away. I didn't really care at that time so I just kept going and shopped. Then while I'm shopping, a guy employee with a bunch of restock items he was bringing to shelves came up behind me while I was looking at something, and I noticed him but I wasn't sure if he was trying to get through or not because he literally just stopped and stared at me, and when I looked over after LITERALLY 3 seconds I said "oh I'm sorry do you need to get through?" and he said "why else would I be standing here?" So I said sorry and kind of moved in a little bit so he could CLEARLY get past me, and HE SAID "no no no, out out out, out of the aisle now, you're done, come back when I'm gone" and he shooed me away. I want to emphasize this was not a fun and playful shoo-ing, he was ANGRY that I didn't give him enough space. So I just thought I would leave because I was uncomfortable so I go back to the register to buy the one singular item I picked up and when I put it down on the counter, the 2 employees behind the counter(a different guy and the same girl) DID NOT say one single word to me, instead they talked to EACH OTHER ABOUT ME right in front of me, saying to each other "who comes to a thrift store and gets one item?" And laughing hysterically and when I laughed and started saying "I know right, I usually get more" They cut me off immediately, aggressively saying "we weren't talking to you, we're speaking, WE ARE SPEAKING DO NOT INTERUPT US"
I mean I felt like I was talking to middle schoolers. Just the worst experience, and again the prices I think are reasonable somewhat and I saw some nice things, but I honestly don't think it's worth going because of how extremely arrogant the employees are.

You can find great stuff but you really have to hunt for it and the pricing can be hit or miss.
I get that they don't want to mess with having a dressing room- very annoying and I would actually shop for bottoms there if I could try them on. Still, if you aren't going to have a dressing room, there could at least be mirrors at the end of the clothing isles instead of using the one security window by the books as a mirror.
Also don't understand why things are organized by color but not size?! People could search so much easier if things were by size and probably help get people in/out faster.

Literally every employee who works there is extremely rude. Just trying to shop in peace without them saying something to me and giving me attitude when I do nothing wrong. The owner should be ashamed of who they hired. I come in for the clothes but always hate the experience. I swear miserable people work there and just push their miserableness on everyone else. Sad.

Walked in at approximately 645pm. The store closed at 8pm. I went to ask for the bathroom and the girl behind the register (Crystal) told me they didn't have bathrooms. There were bathrooms...... I had jeans I was gonna buy and I wonder if she thought I was going to try them on in the bathroom? I wasn't & that shouldn't matter. Lying to your customers.
Second, at around 730 she announced 3 times everyone had to make their way to the register & the store was closing. Third, the line was huge and hectic as one could expect. She was the only person ringing people up and I was adding something to my cart I found right by the register and she said "I said next, pay attention".... that was rude. Next, while she's ringing my stuff up she is frantically throwing my stuff around and couldn't find a price on a blanket so she threw it at the guy next to her and said find a price on this. Just very rude all around. She complained the entire time (to customers before me also, I could hear) about how awful staffing is there and she shouldn't be alone, and she was tired, etc etc. also, when we got home, the security tag was left on a belt that we had bought. I understand all of it but you decide to work in customer service and act like that in front of your employees... lastly, she said oh do you want a bag, probably not it's 20 cents?... the store was clean and had good stuff but honestly it sucks to go somewhere like this and have a horrible experience from
Staff members.

Why is this stuff priced so high Are y’all on the struggle!?
If I want to pay these prices, I will go to the mall for things that are the same price and brand new.
forgot to mention the Staff is rude.
Every time they change owners the prices go up and I hear people there are working for 8 bucks an hour. You guys are terrible and I don’t respect your sweat shop!
See picture below. Original tag price was $3... thrift store charging $5. WHERE IS THE THRIFT? This is clearly price gouging. And I will report you.

If the store says it closes at 8 why are the doors locked by 7:30? I get wanting to close the store up early at like 7:45 or whatever I've been there, I get it. But over a half early is just a bit much Tbh.

Despite signs advertising that the store closes at 6, employees do not allow customers to shop past 5:30 and repeatedly (and aggressively) insist all customers get in line so that they can tidy the store for close. Happens every time. They should just state the store hours end at 5:30 so people don't make the trip out there only to be unable to shop. I get wanting to get through a closing routine as quickly as possible (also work in retail) but if you don't want people shopping past 5:30, don't say your hours go to 6pm.

As mentioned by other reviews there are no dressing rooms and the store is cash only with an available ATM.
