This used to be my go to thrift store! Large store with lots of furniture, clothes and home items. I am severely disappointed in the direction this store has taken with their prices. I’m sorry but this items were donated! Adjust for inflation but don’t price gouge.

There is no need for such ridiculous prices. $15 books ends, $55 cast iron, $140 kitchen aid, $60 rug and furniture isn’t less than $50. Yes those are high ticket items but it’s a reference for the general price. I can get those brand new at those prices. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed.

I should have listened to my son. He said, "Last time you came here, you said you weren't coming here again." Well, I thought I'd give them one more shot because I used to love thrifting here. No more! The prices are outrageous now! Toilet brush set (opened and missing pieces) costs more than the same, brand-new set on sale at Costco, purse priced $20 here is $6 on Thred Up, the same Kurig that was marked $35 here, was $12 at Pick of the Liter...etc. If you like to go thrifting to find good deals, be warned that this place will likely be a waste of your time (and $$ if you are unaware of competitor pricing). Plus, they don't give ANY leeway to adjust pricing. The last time I was there, other customers were complaining about the same thing. It is really too bad that such greediness has taken hold of a facility promoting "missionry" and has made thrifting here unfun!

I used to love this place over any other Thrift store in Sonoma County, or pretty much anywhere, a couple of years back, but now, unfortunately, it is so s. I can't afford it. It is just WAY too expensive for what you're getting. Even half off It's not really a good deal, besides clothing. They mark things from the Dollar Tree at $2 and even more sometimes. Things rom target and Walmart, they charge twiceasmuchaswhen they were new. I wanted to get a rug there, and it was really not in great shape, but we have 2 little dogs, so I figured it would work great. It was eighty-five dollars and because someone else had to be called to get the price and it was closing time, the gentleman that works there was completely irritated with me for not wanting to buy it "EVEN THOUGH IT WAS HALF OFF OF THAT PRICEE". Even half off, it was still too much for my taste. It was a half worn out, dirty rug that came from Walmart to begin with, and probably didn't cost $85 new.
The man was rude and pushy and made me feel completely uncomfortable. I highly doubt I'll go back in there when he's there when he's there. I know when his day off is. I've tried funny furniture there as well. I also have to agree with everyone else. Their prices are just way too high for a thrift store. I mean, come on, we are obviously low-income... or looking for a bargain for a reason, or we wouldn't be shopping there, and honestly, Target and Ross are cheaper for most of their things. Unless it's half off, and it's a piece of clothing. Oh, and that reminds me, a woman charged me the price for jeans for a Gray pair of pants that were made of cotton and . They were not jeans. They were pants. Anywhere else they would have been pants yet, I was charged $6 for them. I guarantee they weren't $6 new I picked them out because they were not jeans, and because they were half off, but since she marked them jeans, I didn't get any deal and she said well, at least they are half off anyway. So who cares right, I mean, come on, people, where's your customer service? What happened to kindness? and who is pricing these things? Also, I have had a couple of occasions as well, where I have had an item taken out of my hands and thrown into a bin sitting behind them at the registers, staying I can't buy it because it wasn't priced. I even watched a gentleman who didn't speak English, have something torn right out of his hands and thrown into a bin, and he wasn't even given no explanation. I had to tell them that what he was still waiting to get his items because she hadn't explained what she had done. She just took them and threw them in a very rude manner. This place has gone way downhill. I was only gone for a year and a half. What happened?

Prices have gone way up! Arent these items donated? I use these items to do charity work and they’re just getting to be too expensive, so I can’t shop there anymore. I thought thrift stores were supposed to be for people with low income but now I can actually purchase things brand new for less than what you are pricing them at at your store plus if I buy it at your store I have to take it home and clean it and often it will have a dent in it and it’s still more expensive than brand new. People at your store will say “well then go shop somewhere else,”. you betcha!! Who wouldn’t rather have something brand new for less instead of something dirty that cost more? Pretty easy to figure out if you have half a brain. Maybe you’re Counting on people that don’t have half a brain. And well, I realize that wages have gone up. I think your prices are still too high. They are in the name of God they are.

Why would a church take advantage of people. The prices here are above eBay prices. I lost my job and I have to resort to selling second hand. I would not be able to survive if I did my sourcing from this place. This is greedy and not neighborly. DONT SHOP HERE.
