let me tell you about the abysmal experience I had at Remix. From the moment I first met Tina, I always appreciated her friendly banter and deep knowledge of the fashion world. When Tina was in town, Remix was truly a gem. Now that it is clearly not locally owned, it’s suffering.

So imagine my dismay when I dropped in recently with two simple questions: did I have any money owed, and were they accepting new men’s items. Catherine, barely looking up from her phone, asked if my stuff was "any good." I was taken aback and asked if there had been a change in ownership.

Sonya, (sp?), informed me that it would take a couple of weeks to go through my things and get back to me. When dropping off, Sonya made a snide remark about the patina on the Filson bags, clearly ignorant of the fact that such patina is highly valued with Filson.

Within two days, I was told the items they rejected were ready for pickup. They kept four shirts, one bag, and one pair of shorts, passing on a brand-new Burberry sweatshirt, Ralph Lauren shirts, and the like. Catherine, once again, had an attitude with me. In all my travels, I've never encountered such a snarky person in a retail setting.

I pulled my items because I can’t continue to make money for people like Catherine and Sonya. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere. Remix just isn't the same without Tina.

Terrible TERRIBLE customer service! Drove in from Denver sign said she opened at 10.. 10:30 she showed up was RUDE there were 2 of us waiting she said she wasn’t able to open 11 so I waited and still she is not open

Tina made my day! My daughter and I went shopping,her impeccable sense of style and quick wit made dress trying on not only productive but fun. I hate the effort, but Tina put me at ease and gave my daughter sage advice, and handled multiple clients with poise. Remix Consignment is now our favorite boutique, my girls are happy and so am I.

5 Stars all the way! This is one of my favorite boutiques in the area. Beautiful pre-loved designer handbags, shoes, and clothing priced fairly. I always find amazing things to buy. Also great to consign your things that you are ready to part with. Love this store!
