My experience with Remoov has been horrible and irritating the entire process. Feels like a scam company. I had $18,000 (9 items) worth of modern furniture only 60 days old. They 'recycled' a $1,440, 78" black low profile TV console for no reason at all. I heard from one of the movers that he has in his home a piece of furniture that had been 'recycled' from another customer in the past. Wonder who at Remoov possibly has my beautiful console in their home right now ? Just got my 'pay out' $221. Cost to move the items $421. Out of 9 items, nearly new, modern and in great condition. I'm out $200 on this transaction. Do the math. It doesn't make sense to work with this company and they have horrible customer service. I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM REMOOV !!!

I uploaded pic of a Sectional to the website and was told the couch would go to auction and I would receive half of the resale price. The charge I was quoted was $239. However, when they showed up, I was told they wouldn't be able to auction the couch and charged $281 instead. Such a scam. Beware and use this deceitful company at your own risk.

Remoov came to our rescue! My uncle passed away and we needed to empty his apartment quickly. We flew in from Canada and had a short time to get this done. Remoov made it happen! Easy and efficient. Communication was quick and the movers were fantastic! Three great guys... Harlan, Jose and Daniel. You're lucky to have these guys on your team!!

I am moving cross country and I am unable to take most of my furniture with me. I contacted Remoov who gave me an estimate for the pickup and details as to which items could be resold and which could be donated or recycled. I set up a delivery time yesterday between 10AM and 12PM. Unfortunately, I was told last minute by my landlord they could not park in the lot close to my apartment. When informed of this they were very understanding and said it would only change the estimate by about $20 or $30 (it was $19).

Two young gentlemen arrived at around 11AM and had everything out of my apartment in the space of half an hour. They took a sectional couch, a TV, a desk, an office chair, a bed frame, and a mattress. They were quick, efficient, and very polite. They even offered to take some of the furniture not included in the estimate as they're aware I'm living alone and doing a lot of the heavy lifting for this move by myself. I did not take them up on it but I appreciate the gesture all the same.

I cannot recommend Remoov highly enough and I encourage everyone in the Phoenix area to contact them first for removals.

Ben and Christian came to pick up furniture that would be offered for sale or donated due to a cross country move. Half of the items were very heavy and they took great care to move them safely and without damage to the furniture or my home. They polite and personable. They worked quickly and within 45 minutes (tips) were done. Remoov is a great concept and I hope the company does well.

I will not use them again. When I requested to remove a regular size fridge and a mini fridge, they (remoov) initially sent me a quote as $239. When they picked up the fridges and loaded to their truck, they change the quote to $331, almost a $100 than their initial quote. The explanation they gave me was conflicting because they said they resale furniture not fridges, and also said they had to change the quote because the fridge was not resalable. They already knew they were picking up non-resalable items, so how come the quotes changed?

The Remoovit team was prompt, polite and did an amazing job. I downsized from a 2100 square foot home to a one bedroom apartment and desperately needed their help with heavy boxes and items that I wanted to resell and donate. I highly recommend their service...They are excellent !
