I went shopping here Saturday July 13th around 6:30/7pm and the service I saw the associates give to an elderly woman was appalling. As I was checking out in self service I overheard an elderly woman very kindly say "ma'am, ma'am, ma'am" as she was trying to get the attention of the associate and the elderly woman was not being rude or annoying about she was only repeatedly saying ma'am because no one had acknowledged her and when the associate did finally reply she said "Ma'am cant you see I am doing something. Why don't you ask the man (referring to the other associate) for help. He is not doing anything." The way the female associate responded it was very evident she was annoyed with the old lady as she was rude in her response. As I continue to check out I then hear the male associate telling the elderly woman "This register is for card only. That is why when I asked you if you were paying cash or card you should have said cash." Again answering with annoyance which is disappointing because I could tell the elderly woman did not mean to get it wrong she just didn't hear. Plus the elderly sometimes need a little extra patience and guidance. So when the elderly woman pulled out her card to pay I then hear the male associate loudly telling her "Don't shove your card into the pin pad. You need to be gentle with the machine. Don't just jam it in there. Damn!" Meanwhile the female associate is laughing at the elderly in disbelief. The elderly woman collected her items as she was told to go to a different register that accepted cash. She approached me saying " I guess I can't do anything right." And I agree with her, the associates at the store were treating this woman with disrespect and as if she was a bother when really she just didn't understand the check out process. As a former retail associate I understand difficult customers but even so you never let out the customer down especially when the customer was not being disrespectful themselves. Just shameful the way they treated her. I do not know the woman personally but after witnessing such treatment I had to point it out.

This place has a lot of merchandise. Very large inside. Clothes are their main item with racks and racks. The place is kept neatly and organized. They have a designated drop off area. Where some one will assist you in unloading your donations. With a little digging you can find that right deal for yourself. The parking is plentiful with no problem. UPDATE: They changed check out to self check out. Scan you own items. Depending on the time of day. The line can go almost to the back of the store. They move along of items. So the store can be crowded as well.

I always find unique and some deals. Most of their staff are very friendly except one woman there who has harassed me twice since I have shopped there. Just yesterday she said I have total of 8 items and I only paid for 7 items. I pointed out to her that the black BIA square server platter were x2 for $5.99. It was written on their price stickers in red marker. It says, x2 $5.99. If you're familiar with their pricing this how it works. Like one of my purchased was x 12 $12.99 9 (see photos). She continued to say it was priced wrong. That is not my problem. I only follow what they write in their sticker price! I would give it back to her. The other time, I bought a LOT of clothing so I had 2 diff transaction for my items and my husbands. She insinuated I didn't pay for the men's clothing but when I pulled out the receipt from the bag and showed it to her, she didn't even apologize.

This used to be a great little store. They have rediculous prices on chipped and broken items. Something could be valuable if it werent chipped or just flat broken and glues back together. It shows that their pricers are uneducated in collectanles antiques etc.. Employees need more education.... Its sad really. These stores are being run into the ground.... Have to had a huge decrease in business since the rediculous price increases!

This is not a thrift store. It reeks of reseller. Although they get donations they feel the need to mark up a free cheap leather jacket to about $40. This is all over the store. As someone who knows how to value clothes, the mark ups mostly aren’t worth what they’re tagged as. The man at the front treated me like a peasant when I asked to look at the special selection items. Like I wasn’t worth even being able to look at them. The lady at the front registers was really nice though.

Lots of items to choose from. Way more than Goodwill or Salvation Army. Some areas could be better organized but I was there atv730 pm right before they close at 8, so people had rummaged through the items and left it messy. Clothes a little expensive for a thrift store. But some nice things to be found.
