I certainly recommend SEC Mechanical for plumbing services. Craig was wonderful! A really great person. So far he is the best plumbing contractor that I have had at my residence here so far. Honest, straight-forward, knowledgeable, extremely fast and efficient. He even helped me with a challenging situation regarding an item I had to return to Home Depot. He did so of his own initiative, which I'm extremely appreciative for and won't ever forget. Also, Ashley was the representative I spoke with—super sweet, professional, patient, helpful and friendly. She also contributed much to the overall great experience we received. Thank you so much Ashley!

I really appreciated Craig's timeliness, expertise, and professionalism. I was also very impressed with the quality of his work in replacing my hot water Heater. He also was sure to cleanup the job site after he finished. Great job and I highly recommend.

Craig at SEC Mechanical installed a new water pressure valve at my residence. He did great work and was friendly to talk to. The receptionist who set up the appointment was great also. I will be calling them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Customer service is everything to me! Craig, his partner who came out with him and Ashley in the office were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The gentlemen installed my new water heater today and brought things up to code. So far, so good. I liked doing business with this company because I felt their goal was to genuinely provide the best service possible. I originally had another plumbing company scheduled, but I had a bad feeling about them and asked the warranty company to reassign the job. I am pleased that I did! I will definitely use SEC again. After Royal Flush Plumbing attempted to scam me out of my water heater warranty with Rheem, these guys were a saving grace. They were fast and did quality work. They helped us do the exchange at home Depot, as there was a miscommunication between them and Rheem.
Theyse guys take pride in their work and are extremely affordable.
Will be reaching out soon to get my HVAC replaced through them as wel.
Will definitely not use anyone else as long as they are able to come to my area.

The technician Craig was awesome. Very professional both times I have interacted with him. He came in and got the work done within the time frame was alotted. Also, thankful to Ashley who set up the appointment and made this possible very friendly and professional as well. My leak problem is fixed. This was a warranty job from Rheem. Sec is one of their contractors. Rheem told me they couldn't reach them because of the holiday weekend (it was Friday before the 4th). They gave me the number and I called and they immediately answered, set up a time for someone to call me. It turns out it was the owner of company and he was super nice, very punctual and efficient. Figured out the issue quickly, ordered a part, got my hot water back on, and returned to fix the part when I received it! Couldn't ask for a better experience! Thank you Craig!!
