Second Nature Coffee Co. makes its home in an adorable blue gray house on King Street in Historic Leesburg, Virginia.
I couldn’t help but smile and wave at a couple of ladies sitting in rocking chairs on the porch swaying the warm afternoon away.

I enjoyed my cortado while sitting outside on Adirondack chairs with one of my favorite coffee buddies and talking to an older gentleman about his worldly travels. A cortado al says tastes better over a good conversation.

The owners are brilliant and kind and at the shop frequently. The food is very good (try the ham and cheese croissant, or the Nutella croissant.. or any of the croissants). I come to second nature a few times a week and it’s always a great experience with customer service, food and coffee. Last week Caroline served me a mocha that was so good I cried a little. Lee never misses, knows my order, gives my dog a pup cup, and keeps an eye on my caffeine intake (thank you). Sometimes you need a small town coffee shop to make a difficult day sweet and warm again.

Second Nature does a great job. I cannot remember a more inviting atmosphere. Definitely a cozy neighborhood feel. I’m diabetic so I didn’t try their pastries but my wife said they were fresh and tasty.

I freaked out a bit when I saw that King Street Coffee was permanently closed but I’m happy to say that they're still here just with a name change!

Great coffee, atmosphere, and staff! The environment is friendly and great for either chatting with some friends or getting quiet work done.

This is shop is my first pick whenever I’m in the Leesburg area so please do yourself a favor and stop by.

Stopped by on a weekday morning before work. Super charming! If you’re familiar with the former coffee spot here, know they have same roasters and amazing coffee still!

I treated myself to a cookie and a latte. I loved the new handmade ceramics. And I also got a complimentary biscotti!

Staff and the new owner were so nice. So many customers had questions with the new business.

Some people were on laptops and others chatting. So it was really nice lowkey morning. Definitely will be back!

Professional baristas, perfect milk temperature for flat white and cortado. We also buy coffee beans here, and they're great. Always within a week if being roasted
