We just went for the first time and it was a lot of fun. The staff was helpful and at least 4 people asked if they could help us find anything. There is so much to see we will have to come back soon. They also have a great website.

I really like this place and have bought vinyl and wood windows here and other miscellaneous stuff. Some things seem a bit spendy, especially wood slabs, but no worse than Ballard Reuse.
It's easy to load materials in their pull-through drive and there's plenty of parking in their lot.

I love their stock of unique items. Can get lost in there just perusing. It's a great place if you're looking to decorate! Prices are very reasonable.
Staff is amazingly helpful.

Gently used building materials and more. New items come in all of the time so you never know what you will find, unless of course you go to the website and view the new items first? They go in and take the good stuff from buildings being demolished, as well as taking donations of various items. Nothing like the Goodwill, so go there and take a look around. One of my favorite places to browse as you never know what you will find.
Update, they have a new section called 2U that has used home furnishings. Obviously the selection is always changing but when I visited everything was very cool, a range of styles leaning heavily to 60's? I would totally furnish my place from here if I were in the market. Prices were very good. Quality stuff, not like Goodwill or other thrift stores.

Great selection, treasures everywhere just like everyone says. But you should absolutely expect to pay WAY more than anything is worth here. Items are generally priced as if they were new or higher. You're paying for the rarity and good feelings of reusing or upcycling.

I didn’t have the best experience though. They refused to sell me a toilet seat off of one of their toilets they were selling. I had asked once, and got told it would “not be worth it” since it cost too much to take the photos for inventory. This didn’t seem like a great reason. I went back to look at the toilets again and many were $35 with or without a seat. I went back to the counter to make the point that my purchase should be enough to cover operating expenses and the place would still profit. The lady I spoke to was gone, so I told a guy there I had already been told no, but why I thought I should be able to buy a seat separately. He was maybe hearing me out until the lady came out from the back and said “didn’t trust what I had to say? Had to ask someone else?” From that moment the mood shifted and the guy basically told me no, and that I could buy the whole toilet if I wanted, but that it probably wouldn’t line up with the economics of my purchase. He explained that someone might also have already seen the toilet and be on the way down to buy it now. Allright.

Didn’t realize the inventory system was holding this place back from doing business like it should be able to. There should be flexibility in a place like this.

Searching for a specific style, exterior, wood door. The display rack wasn’t totally user friendly. Too often, it was physically impossible to move the doors in order to view them.
I left without buying one.
