I was stunned due to bad service last year and improper insurance information being incorrectly inputed causing an arrest warrant letter being mailed to me within the month, I had to straighten it out. I was very upset and nothing was done about. This year service was quick and easy with a smile.

Cori made my girlfriend's swap from out of state to a Michigan registration and license extremely easy. He knew exactly what he was doing, they were extremely fast. Cori did great, and walked us through everything. He was very helpful and made it an enjoyable experience.

While efficient with check-in and quick with calling the next customer, the ease of completing service is something else. The representatives ask several questions, seek suggestions from supervisors, and also call in for confirmation but don't include the customers' feedback during the process. When dealing with confidential and personal documentation, the customer needs to be included in conversation and correctly directed to the department(s) for speedy and correct processing. Spending an hour trying to locate the appropriate department to assist is poor service.

The staff is incredibly nice! You must have an appointment, which was confusing because everyone has an "appointment" but they just call your appointment time and a bunch of people stand up and get in line. It's a little weird and I'm not sure what's stopping someone from having an appointment but standing in line early.

Wow, the Sec of State has improved so much since last time I was there. Needed to renew my drivers license and needed new picture so had to go in. Made an appointment. Was greeted at the door by a very pleasant, efficient woman who checked me in, directed me to the line to stand in. Only 4 people waiting. Cori helped me. He was pleasant, explained everything, processed my paperwork quickly and I was done in 10 minutes. What a great experience!
