I really truly love this school. I love that when you walk in, someone will always recognize your face and greet you by name. It really makes you feel at home with the school. The entire staff is so welcoming and fun and friendly. Janet Peters helped me out with admissions and gave me a tour, she really made me feel confident about this decision.
The president is very welcoming and friendly too.
I haven’t had much interaction with the student services staff but they sound really amazing. There are lots of fun activities and themed days for the students with food, costumes sometimes, games etc!
The financial aid staff are superb- Mariangel Diaz in specific! I’m in my first class for DMS now, online, but so far my instructor Dr. Cherry has been absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. She encourages us to contact her with any questions and even gave us her personal cellphone number to contact her on outside of hours!
All of the campus staff have open door policies and want you to come talk to them with any issues or to discuss anything at all.
I love that the courses are structured one at a time, so that students never get overwhelmed with a bunch of classes at once.
The campus building itself is spacious and comfortable with lots of parking. There’s a pretty big student lounge with vending machines, tables, microwaves, etc.

IMO, the AS in DMS course, so far, is well structured and organized and the school is as well.
Admissions and orientation was smooth.
We were trained in using the online learning system which was super helpful and students have an online learning liaison to reach out to if they need help.
There is always someone available for you and always someone who wants to help.
Overall, I’d give this school a 4.5/5. Minus half a point for the expenses, as it is a private college. It’s definitely pricy but financial aid can help with loans and grants.
Really excited for the next 2 years in DMS!

Since graduating the medical assistant program I have been able to build a very rewarding and fulfilling career. I am so grateful to Mr. Dickens and South Eastern College for the knowledge and practical skills I learned here. I graduated being certified as a medical assistant along with blood borne pathogens, EKG, CPR and phlebotomy by the most sought after  accreditors. And to this day, I am able to use both he school and Professor Dickens as a reference and resource. I'm so glad I made the decision to start when I did at this institution. It has given me more than just a job, I can say I have made a career from it.

Soy extranjera y he batallado con la parte de computación y el idioma, pero con dedicación, perseverancia y el apoyo de todo el personal logré entrar en la carrera de mis sueños DMS, GRACIAS Gloria, Elizabeth, Deam, Najla, en fin , la lista es larga porque todos son muy profesionales, somos una gran familia, voy por más.

In my opinion one of the few colleges in which it is pleasant to study. It’s a nicely organized campus with a great location and fantastic staff. Professors and instructors are very knowledgeable and always happy to help if you have questions, which is so great, especially for a foreigner like me who sometimes struggles with a language barrier. Choosing a surgical technologist program here was a very good decision. The classes are well equipped and help you better prepare for a real world experience. Overall I would definitely recommend this college for anyone who wants to get a good learning experience.

I recently graduated from the Nursing program at Southeastern College, and I can say that the program is excellent, the quality of the classes and the friendliness of the staff make this college very special, people like Monica who are always helping with everything, Eliza in the financial part, collaborating to the maximum, Gloria always locating us with the person we need and giving us the necessary information, and thus each of the staff with a friendly attitude. I highly recommend doing your studies here!!
