Finished my 2019 Honda insights recall in a timely fashion. Even though there was some mix up regarding the appointment scheduling. It was still taken care of within the time frame they gave me. It was a great experience. Very welcoming
All the staff were friendly, and most importantly, no pressure when making the purchase. They did not have the color I wanted but the management was able to find the color from another dealership. Omar the Salesman was very at ease and friendly. Tony in finance was great. Both were very cool and made the entire process comfortable. I would highly recommend Spreen Honda on your next purchase.

My CRV 2018 central control computer flashes automatically when I'm driving, and I can't see the screen for navigation. It has been intermittent since the summer, and most of the time it doesn't affect driving. Since I've never repaired it myself, I think it's a problem with the vehicle itself. Shouldn't they check and fix it for me for free? They always tell me that they don't have a technician and need to pay.

Amazing service by the sales and finance team here, came here after going to 4 other dealers. I called in for my girlfriend who I’ve been help her though the buying process for her first car. Ian was very helpful through the whole process in being very descriptive of all the details from rates, cars & factory warranties and all while leading us to a better rate for insurance! I worked with this team initially from my home in Houston, Texas to purchase a mint 2016 WRX STI and every single step of the way was painless. Easily the most efficient car buying experience I’ve ever had. The salesman, Jacob, was outstanding with communicating and being transparent through the process even upon my arrival to their location and saw the sale all the way through to the time the car was loaded onto a trailer. He didn’t even have to be at work to continue his efforts to make this happen and I’ll forever be grateful. Staysi in finance was efficient, detailed and thorough. Finance depts, get a bad rap I feel and she made it just another simple and easy step along the way even helped to find the absolute best rates possible! The sales manager John has a fantastic team that’s clearly led by great character and integrity; he truly just wants the best deals for his clients no hidden anything.
