I always have great experiences at this store! The employees are great and Kristen always remembers my name. I love the amount of clothing you have along with plus sizes. They also have crazy discounts if you sign up for their text message alerts. 5/5 recommend!! I also just heard they have a small section for men’s clothing in the store too.

I love this shop and visit weekly at this point. I’ve never felt uncomfortable there even when I’m coming in looking like a gremlin who has been fed after midnight. I’ve always found really incredible buys and most of the time the pricing is beyond reasonable. I’ve had a few things that I’ve purchased be on the higher side of what they should be but usually I just skip those items if I’m on the fence and then can find them in clearance a bit later.

I’ve found so many of my favorite pieces from here. The entire outfit worn in this family photo is from here along with so many great pairs of shoes. They’re always friendly and helpful. In fact I’m heading there today because I hastily purchased items without trying them on and of course need to return stuff. The return policy is store credit but that’s fine with me since I’d be spending it there anyway.

You DO have to put in the effort and sort through the items. You WILL have to take your time. It’s a lot to go through and sometimes items are in the wrong sizes where people put them down but that’s just retail.

WEEKENDS ARE SO BUSY HERE. I avoid it. I only go weekdays and generally it’s a much more pleasant experience.

I think a lot of the reviews that are negative are truly practicing Hanlon’s razor. “Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.” Sometimes people just are having a bad day, sometimes other customers are rude, sometimes your clothing aren’t what they’re looking for, and sometimes you have to understand that a business cannot offer you what you’d like for the items because they’re also a business that’s trying to make money. If you are wanting more then try other places or sell them online yourself.

Not saying that they can’t have an attitude or whatever but generally most of the reviews I see that are negative are definitely more a reflection of the poster versus the staff.

3.5 stars. This second-hand store sells women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories in a variety of sizes and styles. I shopped here and did not sell anything. During my visit, the brands were a mixture of some designers, some name-brands, and some brands with which I was not familiar. Prices were reasonable. I waited in line for several minutes to check out. I purchased one shirt, and the cashier thanked me.

They take way too long to price your goods when you’re selling to them, and then they low ball you so much that you’re better off saving your time and gas money. Just donate or throw your stuff away. It’s honestly insulting

Disappointed, brand new Michael Kors purse. Bought a year ago, mint condition. They didn't want it, yet there was one on the floor that looked like it's been worn out, they didn't take any of my clothes which most of them never been worn, again I saw terrible clothes on the floor, but they wouldn't take brand new jeans! Most items were only a year old. Still mint condition. I was shocked to see they had ugly overalls with flowers that looked stretched out and old looking but couldn't take brand new items. Never again, waste of my travel and time. To many hands in the pot going through your items. I went somewhere else and made $100 bucks. I can also say that the girl said they were over stocked, I don't even truly think they went through the basket. It was perfectly folded still. Done!!!!

Not many good deals on clothing. At the end of the day it is used clothing and spending $25 on a used t-shirt is outrageous. Staff is very kind but often was directing customers to different stores when they could not find what they wanted. It seemed even the staff knew that the facility wasn't all it hyped up to be. Very disappointed, will not return, only got a 3 star because of the kindness and realness of the staff.

I did not appreciate the way my clothes, that I brought in, was returned to me. I brought the items in a shopping bag very neatly folded. When the bag was returned to me all the items were just thrown in thr bag like trash. Just shoved in, not folded. I thing the way I brought it, is the way it should of been returned. They bought two blouses and gave me $7.80. Also, what credentials do they have to determine what an iten is worth? NEVER AGAIN!

Very friendly staff, great selection, very reasonable prices. I found some amazing items….and many still had the original tags on them. I live in Florida but will make sure I go back next time I’m in town.
