Great thrift store! A little pricier than your average place, but they make up for it by having a well curated selection. I found several unique pieces, and the prices for each item were fair. Only complaint is that they seemed to be understaffed, and so the staff was a little frazzled trying to deal with everything going on. They were very friendly, though, I just wish they'd had an extra hand or two. Will definitely return here in the future, though

I love going to this thrift store. All employees are all kind and caring except one lady, she middle age 140 lbs 5feet 5 inches. She is the only that’s a little too rude as you cannot ask her any questions at all with the experienced I had with this store (try to avoid her next time) Not a very pleasant lady I would say.

I'm so disappointed that I bought 2 toys that cost $5 each. One is battery operated and the policy states make sure to inspect everything carefully, well I couldn't check if it worked because it was completely taped up so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and purchased it anyways.I bought batteries and nope it does not work. The other was dinosaurs that you build together, again I could not possibly thoroughly inspect it bc again it was completely taped up. I came home and my 3 year old was so excited to build it but it was missing all of the pieces and there where NO screws to even try and build one dinosaur. I'm so upset that I just spent $10+ tax and now I can't even exchange it. I should have just bought something off of Amazon for $10 but I personally enjoy shopping at thrift stores to give back.

I tried to call to explain the situation and I cannot get through to anyone bc it's just an automated system. I would have to get in my car and some how hope they can let me exchange it for something else. But once I got on their website they have in big capital letters NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES PERIOD. Thoroughly inspect your items. So, why would I waste my gas to just be told that in person. It's upsetting people who work there even allow for those toys to be sold and especially for that price.

Great prices and friendly staff!

After shopping at many thrift stores in the Tampa Bay area I would say this one is the go to place for clothing that most of the time is brand new. I was going there for a suit to wear for Halloween and ended up with a Joseph A banks Mint Condition suit jacket for $6.

I wasn't impressed at all with any of the kitchen related items or any of the other housewares, but again great clothing selection and pretty well organized.

FIX THE TOY SECTION! You complain about people making a mess in the toy section but you have to pull everything out to look at it. Stuffed animals should honestly have their own section.

Also the prices have gone up. I’m not paying 2.99 for Walmart clothes that are worn out when I can just go to Walmart and buy it new for 2 dollars more. Target has sales that compete with these used clothes prices.
It’s like they don’t remember they get everything free and it’s used. They don’t need to mark it up so much. Also if they know a brand they mark it up ridiculously. I saw a “my generation doll for 14.99 without clothes. I can get a my generation doll without matted hair and with clothes at target for 20 dollars. What is going on?

Also there is one staff member that makes my child cry every time we go.

The majority of the staff is nice which is why it got 3 stars.

They have good prices and a good selection, they had a lot of kids clothes for .99 and $1.99 , it’s a nice thrift store I’d go again.
Also the woman at the front with the brown hair blue eyeshadow was very sweet

A lot of the staff is really nice but there was a lady with curly hair who was rather rude to my family who was just trying to pay and get the senior discount. Other wise it would’ve been a lovely trip if it wasn’t for that

The treatment by the cashier and the manager was horrible. I went to pay for 4 pairs of pants, but the price tag fell off one of them when I was trying it on and they didn't want to sell it to me. It's truly ridiculous and disrespectful that they can't find a solution to help customers. They simply say no and it's not for them.
