Charged for service I did not ask for, they removed charge. Was charged $120 for $30 brake pads. Serviced AC that still doesn't work. I knew the compressor was going out. They refused to do what I asked and insisted on full AC check up. Put dye in. Guess what? Checked a week later, no leaks. Line pressure is exactly where it should be. I told them there has never been a pressure problem, but because this place is a scam, I got scammed for $300.

Very professional staff; recommend this tire shop on N. Spring Garden in Deland, FL. We called, explained what we thought was the problem (brakes). Earl told us to bring it in, they assessed it and fixed the problem that same day: AMAZING!
Next visit: different vehicle - 2 new tires (matching previous to make 4 new); while picking up the vehicle, were told that the water pump was leaking. Earl ordered it that day and they installed it the next day (HUGE Relief-driver going out of state the day after that); also vehicle #3- oil change. We definitely prefer this company over our dealership. HIGHLY Recommend them. They are ALWAYS professional. We also received a military discount for all work and parts.

Called about having tires installed on my truck. Was told they could install them. I gave the guy on the phone measurements 3 different times assured me that they could do it. I had AAA drop the truck off to be told that they could not install them. Never had an experience like this. Will never use them or recommend anyone to go there. Just remember just because they say they can do it. Do not count on it. Left me stranded.

Customer service here is NOT DEAD. Robert is very knowledgeable and took the best care of my Chevy Colorado. Manager is great too. Keep up the great work guys. Honest people here

I had a great 1st time experience at tire choice. Honest guys and really made me feel like my safety was more important than a sale. Coming from NY that was a happy surprise, Earl was super helpful. Id come back even if i wasnt in deland area.

Took my car there for them to check the brakes, nothing wrong with the brakes denied paying $80 to reset my brake sensor light. They tried upselling on a bunch of work one being the ac compressor belt, we declined everything, now Ive never once had any issue with the ac, but we get the car back and the ac isn't working. They said the ac compressor belt must've conveniently just snapped by itself in their parking lot.

Excellent service! Earl took great care of us! We were traveling from out of state and needed some break work done. We were quoted a decent price and the work was completed and just a couple of hours.

Do not waste your time! I had an appointment and was still treated like a walk in. Was told I would be in and out. Waited 2 1/2 hours! Will NOT return, ever!!! If I could 0 stars, I would.
