I've been coming to this consignment store since the day it opened. I've also been consigning here. It's not the best consignment store, but it happened to be closer to me than some other stores.
I had a past experience whe When the message left on their phone line said they were taking Clothing items, but when I went in there They were not taking Clothing at all.
The clerk at the time was very kind and apologized and told me to call and talk to someone personally before I brought items in… Just in case.
So last week, I did exactly that as I did many times Before, I called prior to going in with all of my items and the young lady I was speaking with told me they Taking fall clothing.
However, when I got to the store, they said they had stopped taking Clothing.
I was quite frustrated because it does take a while To load up my car and drive all the way out there.
This time the person I spoke to was Extremely rude. At no point did she say I'm so sorry you had to go through this. And in fact, went out of her way when I left to say "nice to meet you" in a very sarcastic voice.
Turns out she was a manager there, and her name was Madison.
I am not going to the store to drop off anymore, the turnstile consignment at Southwest Plaza mall is much more professional, and Nicer and actually the clothing And items there are nicer as well!

I also recommend Clothes mentor near Park Meadows as well as the Clothes mentor near Southwest Plaza mall! All three of those stores Way nicer! And the customer service is also more professional and kinder.

This place has AMAZING deals and they carry everything. I consign here, although I haven’t consigned anywhere else so don’t have much to say other than it seems like my stuff sells and I get a fair price for it.

That said, I’m grateful for checking this place out to consign simply for the opportunity to discover everything they sell at A++++ prices. I’ve been annoyed with myself the past few years every time I stop at Goodwill to find that one oddity because it’s a total rip off.

Not here.

Dunno who reviewers are dealing with when they come into this place because the last few times I’ve come in, the two young guys working there have been great. I guess there’s some real unpleasant people on staff. Maybe they ought to hire more people, dunno

Edit: I know who the bad reviews seem to be about after shoppimg here a bit more for some cheap gifts. Overheard multiple arguments between customers and a woman I’ve learned is a manager. Seems like there’s an issue with theft and item mishandling. I feel real bad for everyone who has to deal with management here.

Store also seems not to be ADA compliant. Might be something to consider fixing if your clientele skews older.

All the people that work here (except Kayley) are crazy and abusive to their employees. Super ableist and I don't recommend giving them business - aside from that, they are incredibly picky about what they can and can't take. There is no purpose of consigning with them when they don't take most of what you bring in, and you only get like 30% of the sale.

Decent selection of thrifted goods. There are some unique finds, and they have a decent selection on used furniture items. Some things were a little overpriced, in my opinion. Also, some items seemed really worn out.

I find amazing things here from time to time. Winter is a great time for furniture finds. They also have clothing, jewelry, purses, shoes and decor items sorted by color and use. Neat place! Always worth scoping out!

Staff is not the friendliest and prices are high for used clothing. Most of the name brand items, you can purchase new for what they have it priced.

I can go into this turn style any day of the week and leave with the coolest stuff! The staff is always working hard, and I find that most of the time they will end up taking most of the things I bring in to consign. It can be a hunt, but I Ive found some of my favorite outfits and home nick nacks here over the years
