Great shop. I stopped by on my bike ride to Miami, asked about a spare tube and if anyone could by any chance check at my brakes and chains. Logan looked at my bike, noticed that the rear wheel wasn't perfectly aligned, fixed it, and checked the brakes and chains. 45 minutes later I was back on the road. Thanks

These guys are phenomenal. Especially Logan, he has taken time to really look over my bicycle and make sure all parts are working even when just adding new grip tape. I told him I only have an hour until I have to be at work, he didn’t make me come back and pick it up, instead he changed my tires, changed my rear brakes, and changed my grip tape all within 45 mins. Awesome work done here!

Awesome conversations and he definitely knew what he was doing. Also made sure I got the right bike for my needs and Left extremely satisfied with my experience in my purchase! I have always told everyone how personable and knowledgeable the folks are at TWD. I bought a nice bike and a basket there today. My salesperson seemed somewhat condescending, but knowledgeable, but she did not even say "Thank You" -for my purchase. I did thank her for helping me. I have to admit, I was unpleasantly surprised. Nick was very nice and put the bike in my car and was friendly and helpful.

I was initially looking for an electric bike to cut down my car usage downtown. While this store did have a very wide selection of makes, models, and colors, they did not have a bike that comfortably fit my height and strength (I’m under 5 feet) - however, for most people, I don’t think this would be a problem. Alex offered to cut a piece of the seat riser off for me in shop but unfortunately, it wouldn’t be enough so I declined. He also looked up different sizes from their suppliers but their sizing didn’t go small enough for me. I took this as a sign that today was not my day to get an e-bike. I went to check out their cross terrain bikes as I enjoy the local trails. They had a variety of youth sizes which is what I eventually went for. I now can hit the streets and the trails - I’ll just be petaling a little more ? The price was agreeable - there was a sale where I got $100 off plus free tire repair and an included warranty on other parts of the bike for the first year. I walked out with a new bike, well fitting helmet, and a lock. Should I need anything else for my bike I’ll be coming back. I’m a very happy customer!
